well.. the head sticks to much forward (the chin doens't stick out taht much from the neck)
the shoulders are not equally in lenght, and the left shoulder (the one to our left) is to horizontal. Shoulders aren't a horizontal line, but the kinda hang down (hope I'm making any sence)
also her breasts are unequally sized.
ah.. and if you choose to draw the eye beneath the hair, I always think it's best to colour the part of the eye wich is coverd by the hair teh same colour of the hair.
the nose is a tad high and the mouth to low
