These drawings are nice, but seem unstructured, like you didn't draw a portionate body outline first. Also there don't see to be any in ur own style, they are all copies of anime/screenshots kinda thing. You're doing great, they're very clean and the shading is extremely well done, but try creaeting an original drawing in ur own style.

Your lacking in creativity. I dont care if you think it helps to copy other people, you need to branch out. Try drawing something with no refernce, just use what you know about basic anatomy and physics(e.i. men dont usually have boobs, and two objects cant be blowing in two different directions). I would like to see more from you that isnt naruto related, you have potential.
