Advice on this?

I'm having difficult time drawing few parts on this. Any suggestions on how I should fix it?

what parts specifically are you having trouble with?

Something is throwing me off about her shoulder, neck and head.
Sort of looks like her neck is broken, maybe play with drawing that a bit more.

I would agree that her neck and her lower body looks disconnected from her head.

That shoulder blade should be brought it just a bit in my opinion.

I think that what might be throwing you off is that from that angle some of what you have showing would not be showing. For example, her shoulder blade would not show as much, and her right breast would be significantly less visible. If she was twisting her head that much, her body would have to be aligned to where her left collar bone took up most of what's exposed. You might even be able to leave the shoulder so long as you drop the breasts a bit lower and angle them. The neck should be slightly elongated most likely as well.
