Welcome to Gaia! ::

So I have a lot of work to do on this drawing still, hense why it is in this forum. (Rough sketches) but I think you get part of the idea of it so far... I was going to re-do part of the nose and the teeth, and a few other parts. Along with the hair I'm not even done yet. Tell what you think of it so far.

Its pretty good. I know your still working on these, but I think what throws it off is the nose, It shouldnt point up like that. the tip should pretty much make a rounded point angled more straight, err...sorta... south east...Its hard to describe what I mean. But look at a friends face, their nose should point out, and not up. Other then the nose, I think the lips/mouth is too close to the nost just by a little.and maybe give her a little less forehead...but Im not sure if it needs it. I love your eyes, i think eyes are hard to get even. Her overall shape is good too. Maybe adding less of a point her chin will make it look better, but again, I dunno. Sorry im not much help... sweatdrop Um...what else..Try adding alot more darks, especially to the side of her face with less light. The shading is good so far, But detailed shading will make it look alot better. I hope I helped and didnt insult..I kinda sound like im trying to but im not gonk Keep it up, its comming alot excellent!
I would say that her whole lower face could use a moving forward, The nose thing as mentioned above but her jaw is very receding and all this combined makes her forehead look huge (not to mention her face a little caved in) Remember humans are still primates and our jaws stick out there a bit.
did you use a reference?

either way, it's usually better to do some rough blocking (drawing out the feature with simpler shapes) so that everything is more proportionate and places correctly.

then add details and value/shading.
