Lovely piece.

I would redline, but I am no good at it xp The light source looks a bit inconsistent, almost as though there are several different ones. The highlights above this lips look a bit out of place, as well as at the inner corners of the eyes. Perhaps make them more subtle or make a definite light source? I would add in some ears or at least add more hair at the sides because it the head doesn't appear wide enough. Just some more fine tuning as well as some of the things I mentioned will make this piece more finished heart I hope this helps, if not, then I apologize xd
