It's simple.
Combine the last food you had and the AAY's food to get a new (potentially delicious/disgusting) food, and then comment on it's taste whether it is delicious or disgusting.

Example :

Person A : I had sushi earlier.
Person B : My chocolate bar + your sushi = Chocosushi. Raw fish wrapped in chocolate is definitely disgusting.
Person C : My bacon + your chocolate bar = I present you the Chocolate Bacon Bar . It might taste delicious .
and so on.....
