What's this? A new tektek game? I must participate!

He is an assistant the library/bookshop/wherever those scrolls came from. The dog belongs to the owner the bookshop/library and is the unofficial mascot; part of the assistant's job is to take care of it.

He's a very energetic assistant and quit the charmer around the audience. He can be stubborn sometimes when he gets fussy but that doesn't last too long with a couple of drinks!
