Against her, I would dare not use deadly force. Even still, A sharp rap to the cerebellum with the back of my stake kept her out as long as was required for victory.

I'm amazed I even stood the slightest chance against him, even if I did lose. Even though I got a few hits in, it's clear that his equipment - armor, weapons, everything - is better, and he's a veteran at this crying

Let's just say he pummeled the crap out of me, and my armor did nothing to prevent it.
