Got a liter of blueberries picked today.
3nodding How long did that take you? Did you think it was worth the time and effort?
Not sure exactly how long it took. I was also checking to see if we had anymore blackberries ripe or if any of the plums were ready to be picked.
I think it is worth the time. Gives me some time outside to unwind after work & saves money at the grocery store. I like berries, blueberries are my favorite, blackberries I could take them or leave them, but Dad wants to make blackberry jam. So I try to make him happy. XD
I freeze a lot of the blueberries & then use them during the year in muffins & desserts. If I'm using my own stuff then I know there is nothing else added to it, we don't spray any of the plants with chemicals.
