It has been, for years, I dunno what got into me I swear. I'll just get my crusty old exterior out again I suppose.

You can quit it but then you just sit on net with nothing to do and you think- Hell..I could atleast collect stuff from daily chance..

And whenever there is christmas or halloween event, you don't want to miss it because it has become a tradition...

Wow...are you me? Haha, that's about how it goes though doesn't it? I have a Tumblr, I RP, I have a family and a RL but still...what you said. I've collected (and sold) more event items than I can remember anymore yet I still have crazy things in other inventories, like from the first Gaialympics and stuff.

I guess most of us gaians are like this XD I gave most of the stuff of value away, but its still like you never know what you might find in there, even the things that you once thought as cheap crap became so valuable...the person I gave my lusty to was completely blown away!

I used ro RP..I think I am owner of some Ouran guild or something neutral and I recently got a tumblr
I try to stay away from tumblr and deviantart because I just love to collect images..my laptop is actually drowning in images I downloaded neutral

I hope when I've children of my own, I'll be able to quit gaia...I do not want them to follow me into a trap!

I had to check the MP, it's been ages since I sold the last I had of that item. I see it's back up in price again. I think I had three of them once upon a time when I was on a collecting kick. I had three and four of so many things at that time but I never realized my total worth. I just hadn't paid attention to the years going past or how much I'd accumulated.

AAAAAAAAND of course now that I'm trying to achieve an OG-style avi, I still don't hve enough unless I sell off treasures I'm not ready to let go of. emotion_facepalm

Too late for the kids, too, I'm afraid. If I ever gathered all the items they've got that I funded I MIGHT be able to finish the dream avi on my pro.

MIGHT being the operative word here...why didn't I know better earlier? This stuff is crazy-expensive now!! emotion_jawdrop

Well..your avatar is quite epic too..you just have to patiently wait for the next big thing you'll be able to harness...Slowly and surely you'll be able to get everything (but most probably your wishlist would've extended even more by then)

After fall of Zomg, I lost my job as samurai and became a trader..I noticed I was loosing all the noble qualities I accumulated and was becoming really mean and greedy person in the marketplace..at that point I gave away everything that wasn't necessary for the avi...
But now I need something for my avi and the cost of it is outrageous...how can something be as expensive as Beelzebub wings???

Kids do get into things that their parents are into....atleast till they are teens...it looks like my children would be into iceccream and anime neutral But I'll try to protect them from horrors of net for as long as possible XD

But now I need something for my avi and the cost of it is outrageous...how can something be as expensive as Beelzebub wings???

Oh no, the event crap is still soulbound in my inventory. I'm having Potatoverseer flashbacks. seriously Gaia, if you're going to do events that end up sucking, can you at least be somewhat consistent and remove the soulbound event items when you close the event?

As for the event itself, why did they make the top item require more wing stickers than you could get during the event? And why did the music stop playing in the dance game? And what I believe should be complaint #1 of the whole event, what the hell were the actual criteria for raising loyalty? Because I know what I could do to raise Health, Energy, and Happiness, but Loyalty, arguably the most critical stat, seemed to be unchangeable. I think it was stupid to have happiness and loyalty, why not just do one so we can work on that stat and turn it in. For that matter, Health seemed redundant as well, it was easy enough to raise but it wasn't clear what lowered it. If it was just energy and happiness, this event would have been less of a head ache.

My wishlist won't be shrinking any time soon; as long as they keep putting one or two amazing (and high-priced) items in the RIGs, I won't catch up. It's just not possible. I'm not thrilled about that change in policy either, but it's one of the aforementioned issues I never complained about publicly here at Gaia.

Which anime? I'm not up to current with any these days. Well, not unless you count waiting for the next Seinto Oniisan OVA and carrying a torch for a second season of 07-Ghost.

I guess they're high because they're so old and go with so much? I sure wish they weren't. gonk

I am super disappointed. I was working on my last fluff and I was almost done. The extra couple hours would of made the difference for me. So yes very unfair. Really I have wasted several days as I could of stopped after the second achievement. Come on Gaia lying isn't nice. And yes to cut it short is lying.

That's about how I've gotten to this point, and this avatar. I have several other choice items I am not willing to let go of (yet) so I'll be plugging away at this look for quite a while I'm sure. My wishlist contains items I want for future reference, not this particular look so who knows if I'll even want that stuff once I get this look the way I want it?

I'm strictly a soft vendor. I do not work the exchange and I do not lurk all-listings to snipe misprices. I happen to have some capital and know how to invest it if the opportunity arises. That's about it. I've donated plenty (remember those kids?) and sponsored another person's cosplay avatar and two avatar artists (both retired).

I...I don't know, I've never even seen a pair listed, aren't the master-level alchemy? I'm not even sure I'll ever acquire these which is why I am holding off on nabbing the anklets, for now, in favor of questing the OMG. No sense having only the one set without the other for that dream avi, imo.

I never sniped misprices, but I lurk a lot for the best deal, I would spend all my time on gaia exchange, and I never donated, I barely ever helped anyone..which is totally different from how I used to be..now I'm like anyone can ask for anything that I have which is not related to my Haji avatar and I'll just give it..even my car neutral

I'm not thrilled about that change in policy either, but it's one of the aforementioned issues I never complained about publicly here at Gaia.

Blood+ has been around since a long time before DN..and I found it worth watching in both dubs and subs..they were different but really good...specially in the last episode when Haji spoke freely!.....man...now I've to watch it again biggrin

I've only ever seen the dubbed commercials on TV for Blood+. I'm not particularly attracted to vampire/demon/etc. type stories. I'm more attracted to stuff like Sayonara, Zetsubou Sensei.

I did the same with 07-Ghost, but it was more like the authors are so sporadic about releasing updates that I lost the thread of the story and RL took over while I waited for the next chapter. I imagine I will go back and catch up one day though.

The random miracles kill me. The roses and the bread, the fruit and animals? And I'm dying laughing. The author was quite knowledgeable about the particulars of both religions, too. Definitely eough to make it FUNNY.

What do you consider basic knowledge, like common tropes?

Despair!!! Knowing that people have not seen Blood+ has left me in despair!! XD Try blood+ its quite well developed..not at all like the usual vampire anime

Yup XD I liked how they brought a goat as a gift in the ova....its like they are God who know everything but still have not recovered from the old era!
