people who are mean/rude (Bullies)
people who think they are above others
and those who push their religions amongst others
(and more besides spiders, but, I dont feel like listing them)

My other question: When the items from the cash shop are bought, what would be around the price they are normally sold for after just coming out?

I tend to buy those, sell them, and make gold (palla, etc) that way.
