Yes go tou your profile and take off all your clothes and then save go to your profile again where it says customize me and view inventory and then on the bottom right it say delete character 3nodding

You can save up money and go to the Salon, or you can go to your profile, delete your character, and then re-do it. (Just be sure you take everything off first if you do the second one!)
