Left about a year ago,now I'm back and everything's changed!

Okay, so my gaia account has to be over 4 years old, I left about a year ago due to getting interested in other sites, that and gaia had introduced some new rule, making selling things harder or something. So I got up and left.
I also gave quite a lot of my stuff to a friend xD I'll have to get that back...

So, has anything drastic happened?

Well now noobs are making 10k the first day they're on the site.

Yup yup.
The cash shop lets you buy items with real money.
Then you can sell them right away and get lots of gold.
Its making the prices in the market place sky rocket.
I've been wanting a kiki since I first joined but now the price is up to almost 1mil.
I mean, I love gaia, but its getting a bit rediculous.

aha, now I remember the main reason I left.

Gaia took a percentage of what you sell on the market place, so the prices where gonna shoot up and it made it even harder for me to earn gold.

though, that what happens when a site gets really popular, they start finding new ways of making money, and they dont think of us anymore.
