Really? Does it not load or a glitch?
I used to go in those a lot when I first joined, but
then I found the forums and decided I liked them better.

Nopeee, it says I have to be in longer if I wanna go into rally or towns.
You MOST LIKELY joined way before me p:

Oh yeah I forgot about that rule.
I joined in 2011 so not too long ago.
How many days do you have to wait?

It said I have to wait like 3 days.

Oh that's not too bad.
Gives you some time to get a car maybe?
