Start by sending valentines to anybody and everybody. Also, post in many forums, start conversations. And if you like games, play games. Send friend requests.

Also, collect gold -- log on every day and click on the little red machine-thingy that appears in the banner, on the right side -- it appears on every page: Home, My Gaia, Shops, Forums, World, and Games. It will give you money and odd items which may be salable. Commercial activity is apparently socially important here -- strange but true. smile
