You gotta go to the Salon. o3o Hover the mouse over 'shops' then click 'shops directory'. You should be at a random shop when you click it. Scroll down the list of shops 'till you find the Salon.You can also change your eye color/style there.

Gaiaonline is addictive (at least to me, been here for about 3 weeks but had old accounts), just browse, browse, and browse some more! The shops, forums, games, achievements, click like mad and you'll get the ropes down in no time. You can buy wigs, and you can change your hair at the Salon Durem under shops. There's more to it but you'll have to find out.

Go to the shops tab, shops directory. Go to Salem Durem for hair/eye changes.

You go to the shop and their you can change your hair and eyes.
