Hey, all. I just joined Gaia yesterday, and thought I'd drop in to introduce myself.

My Gaia name is SoubisSacrifice, as you can probably see. My name was inspired by the anime Loveless, and it is the same name I use on IMVU.

Mmm, about me, well, I am a US soldier stationed in Japan. I am a crew chief for the UH60 Blackhawk Helicopter, which means that I fly on the aircraft and help out the pilots during missions. Crew chiefs are usually in charge of passengers and cargo. We also watch the aircraft to make sure it does not hit anything that the pilots cannot see.

Anyway... How is it over in Japan? I've always wanted to go over there and visit for a while. Maybe live there for a couple years. It's been a dream of mine. smile
Though I need to learn Japanese first... I'd like to learn Italian, too.

Yep, the Army. It is beautiful here, and the weather has been getting very nice lately, so I enjoy walking around outside right now. At the moment it is almost 4 am, so good thing I don't have work tomorrow! lol

I am in the process of learning Japanese. I'm basically learning by going out and listening to everyone. I'm taking a trip out to Tokyo either tomorrow or Saturday. Best city in the world to go shopping in.

The closest I've ever been to Japan was playing "Universal Century.net Gundam Online" for over a year. It was an MMORPG based on "Mobile Suit Gundam", but was only available in Japan. It was interesting playing with the Japanese community and interacting with them all. A great experience, and I learned a lot from it. Made some friends, too. smile
