Alright, now I see that nice little "Welcome Rylerion, your Gaia Gold: blahblah" in the corner, but over the last few minutes, I've seen it go everywhere from 502 to 443 and everywhere inbetween, and all I've done is sit here in the forum. What's up with my gold?

And, of course, I'm kinda looking to make friends as well.

Gold goes up as you are posting and lurking. The reason it'd fluctuate like that is because of lag. Some servers have to catch up with others and things like that.
