Neighborly never ending load

Well, I may as well join the mob of people who are annoyed about the lack of neigbours.

When ever I click on 'Add' there is just a never ending 'loading' div, across the game, which does not allow me to hit exit. My only chance it to refresh, which is annoying when I am listening to music, because the game also seems to reset the 'always skip' title credit.

I reported it to the Viximo team the day after it occured (I received a confirmation email 2 weeks ago) and still no response.

I also approached the Gaia Resort World forum moderator (2 days ago more like a week ago now) and also received no response.
