u can probably go to your local magazine store and but the photoshop magazine, its filled with helpful hints and loads of websites to visit

Personally, I like 8nero brushes. They have some unique abstract brushes for download there.

There are some really good brushes you can download from Deviantart
Just make sure you credit the creators of the brushes if you use them in your artwork.
