Rules

Please keep in mind these rules are not meant to be cruel or confining, they're meant to make sure everyone has a good time and never argues over stupid things like who's character is strongest, etc.

  1. Obey the Gaian TOS! This is PG-13 only. Watch how violent the language gets, a curse every now and then is fine, but not every other word, it makes you look stupid. Anything beyond cuddling and kissing must be PMed. Anyone caught cybering will be reported immediately.

  2. Do not stalk muns to demand an RP, they'll come on the thread when they feel like playing. It's solely the owner's/mods' job to remind players to return to the thread if they go missing. And it will only be done once every two days via PM after going missing for a week.

  3. Apply your character the way specified, (PMing a created application or posting a source will get you blacklisted if done twice) and wait to be accepted BEFORE playing them. Especially Sources. Do not complain if someone else gets the character.

  4. First come first served for Source Characters. That is to say, the first person with a GOOD application receives the character.

  5. NO METAGAMING! For those who don't understand this word. It means what you know out of character from reading other posts or talking with the player of a character, your character does NOT know. They only know what other characters tell them.

  6. No Godmoding/Zippy behavior. Godmoding is self-explanatory, but sometimes people still claim not to know what it means. IT means that your charcter cannot be defeated by anyone (beign able to be defeated solely by your OTHER character counts as godmoding...). No one can dodge, block, or teleport away from everything. Likewise, no one can obliterate everything in one attack. Keep it realistic.

  7. Try not to kill someone else's character! At least not without their stated OOC permission. Try especially hard not to kill a Source Senshi. they're fairly easy to reincarnate, but it's annoying and cheap to do so and they are usually needed for basic plot movement. Killing NPCs is fine, as long as you don't go overboard and wipe out Japan...

  8. Villains are going to lose. Accept this and deal with it. They may not lose the first time, or even the fifth, but they have to lose sometime and either die, retreat for a while, or become human/something else. Be wise in what you choose happens to your character, and please get my permission before changing them to something else entirely...

  9. If you catch anyone breaking the rules and I or an assigned moderator of the RPG are not on at that moment, PM one of us with the page number the post is on, who did it, and what they did. Do NOT take matters into your own hands, you'll just cause a flame war.

  10. What a mod says, goes. The owner has full rights to kick you and your character (if created) out of the RP, and will contact a mod to have you banned from the thread if you argue over a decision too much. Mods will deliberate with the owner over whether or not a player needs to be removed.

When creating your character, keep in mind that this RP has elements of both the anime and manga, but not the Live Action or Musicals, and not The Doom Tree Saga.... So Ail and Ann, and any of their race, will not be present here, nor spoken of.

The history of the RP is everything happening between Sailor Moon and Sailor Stars (minus the Doom Tree Saga of R). Your character must have a believable reason to have not been witnessed or spoken of during these arcs to have existed on Earth or in the groupings of villains during that time.

Basic info about them is that they're bad senshi in black fukus of varying designs, due to the fact that there are infinite senshi (and therefore fuku designs) in the universe. She's a terrific pianist and prefers to play classical things that sound familiar to those from the Silver Millenium but normal humans think she wrote them herself.

In her previous life on the Neptunian moon of Despina, she took the failure of the Outer System to protect the Moon Kingdom personally and committed suicide. She's constantly sue she'll never be worthy of guarding 'Neptune-hime'. She's very shy and refuses to accept any sort of praise for anything she does.

Ability - to temporarily copy and twist around any energy attack thrown at her, she can permanently learn it, but she has to survive a full blow of it, so it's not worth it for the stronger stuff. She also has the youma capability to fire off strong bursts of dark energy, occasionally trapped in crystals that will explode or shatter.

Character Background/History: Alexandrite is Beryl's apparent heir to the Dark Kingdom, for soem reason, Beryl was utterly obliterated and the only one of the Dark Kingdom who did not return to life. Alexandrite took her place on the throne and began a deep plot. But she wasn't happy just sitting on a chair and ordering people around all day, so she invented the alter ego of Alexia/Goldenmoon. Only the Shitennou know of her 'other self'. And only Metallia and Alexandrite's father, Kunzite, know who she really is... and the threat she could one day pose to Chaos itself.

As Alexia, she pretends to be a high school graduate with an apartment a few blocks away from Tokyo's main park, to spy and look for possible Senshis. As Goldenmoon, she is Captain of the Guard, in charge of all Dark Senshis.

Character Background/History: Kuria is a cold, snobbish girl who can't stand anyone taking credit for anything she was involved in, so in essence, she doesn't hide herself very well other than the fact that she wears different clothes and changes her voice to be even harsher than when in her true form. She has no friends and likes it that way. Of all the Dark Girls, she's the biggest not-a-team-player in just about anything. No one is quite sure where she came from, and she doesn't seem at all eager to find out herself.

(Peircing) Night Spiral - two different forms, with peircing it's a bit stronger and stabs at the enemy, normal Night Spiral just slams into them. A dark spiral of energy essentially.
Imperial Sweet Spin - As Jewel spins around, energy flies away from her and pushes away any weak energy attacking her
Stabbing Veil - tendrils of dark energy stab at the target

Character Background/History: A mysterious young title-less senshi who, although she fights 'bad things', uses dark power to do so. She will help a senshi who needs it but won't always jump into every fight, and if a youma is overpowered, she's jsut as liekly to aid THEM. She is calm and serious, like Saturn, but occasionally can remind someone of Chibi Moon with the nature of some of her attacks.

As Aijou, she is shy and innocent, but can quickly latch on to chosen people as her greatest friends, worthy of absolute worship.

November 2nd, 2004 - Everything is back on track and the RP is running full bore again! Post when you can guys! Those who have been absent for most of October need to PM me ASAP.

Role Play Updates

I really missed alot of updates due to losing my comp until the end of October... GOMEN!!! gonk Please read through all updates to see what's been going on in the world of our RP!! Some of it is really fun!

As of....

August 8th - Usagi, Ami, and Seiya were on a lunch date, Haruka interrupted it.

Kunzite and Zoisite have been spotted. Kunzite has been in a conflict with Haruka and Usagi, in which Usagi slipped up and revealed herself out of stress. A mysterious girl was present outside the physical beginnings of the fight. She kept herself out of it for her own reasons.

A man named Giro has been going around handing out flyers for a Ninjitsu Dojo to young girls, and is now smitten with Setsuna Meioh after a short fight on Haruka Tenoh's front lawn with the racer over an insult. He knows there is something odd about Haruka and Usagi, but doesn't know they are Senshi... He only knows Usagi is 'Serenity'.

The new enemy is starting to make itself known, so far only Seiya and a warrior from another world, D'arius, have found the youma attacking the Ginzu district. Hotaru has had a vision of the trouble.

August 16th

Usagi has been kidnapped by Zoisite and is presently trying to find her way out of a maze-like mansion with Zoisite, Jedite and a youma-creature in the house after her.

Jacinth, the creator of the youma, showed himself and hurt Starfighter badly after the youma was destroyed by Uranus, who also beat Jedite up a bit, causing him to retreat after Usagi's kidnapping. Jacinth is also hurt, bleeding from the shoulder. Saturn is guarding Starfighter as she tries to rejoin the fight.

A new face (Ajax) showed himself and threatened the life of a newly awakened Senshi (Kyuutou). Another stranger showed up, apparently from a portal to another world, and is currently protecting the senshi from Ajax, though he's made no claims of alliance. A young senshi (a friggin coward, I can say it, she's my character) is hanging back, too frightened to attack anyone, and too nervous to go near her Princess (Neptune).

August 21st

The young senshi (Despina) ran away after being forced to attack Ajax, who was chased off by a strange winged man (Jubei from the Oni-D RP) with a large shuriken for a weapon. The man then left the area with Jacinth after a short talk. Moon has been returned, by Nephrite no less, still holding a grudge over Zoisite (with help from two odd guys (approved for test RP to get used to Guild play) no one has ever seen before o.o). He's been making a general pest of himself, setting up 'Zodiac Points' to gather energy from. One is at the rose garden in the park, the other is at the public library. Both are guarded by hidden 'Caidoz Youma'.

A man showed up at the Dark Kingdom, wishing for an alliance, though he wasn't viewed favorably initially by the 'interviewer, Goldenmoon. It's assumed he'll be trying again soon or sending another person,

August 31st

Hanako failed at his task of allying the Dark Kingdom to Tydarius... and got banished from his privileges for it. He'll most likely be back for revenge. The question is: on who? His compatriot, Fujin, is having better luck with the senshi..... so far. All 9 regular senshi are attending a meeting to speak with him.

In a small city outside of Tokyo, a cathedral ruin is being used as a temporary base for a few new arrivals to Earth (the Onigashma and Khalgoth leaders), and a girl who works for the leder of Khalgoth is gathering the toughest people within the city (mostly high school gang members) to create a hidden militia for her lord. While the Cathedral is under guard from a few inhabitants and wards to keep weaker trouble away, a three-way gate is being constructed to allow the Dark Kingdom and it's new allies to move freely between each others realm and Earth.

Meanwhile, in the Tokyo Daily News: Tokyo is... now missing... an entire mall complex >.> (Well it pissed us off!!) After raiding it for weapons and 'blend in clothes', the people from Onigashima (namely Kenshiro, at the order of Muneshiro) destroyed the mall to keep people from knowing exactly who stole things and what was missing. There is now a pile of smoldering rubble and fire retardant children's toys where the large building used to stand. No casualties were found, in fact, all animals were released and all people were gone long before the 'accident'.

September 24th

The meeting with Fujin is still ongoing, Giro was caught spying on it by a stroke of luck and irritation by Haruka.

Misae, Ajax, and Sora are on a tour of Tokyo and for the most part, don't know who each other really are yet.

Jedite has shown up in the Dark Kingdom, demaning to speak with the Queen, who was unfortunately off visiting her new ally's home with Prince Jacinth. He was met by Feldspar and his duet entourage, who he apparently wished to have nothing to do with. It's expected he'll return.

Another 'Neo-Shitennou' (gods I need a new name for that group...) has been introduced to the plot, he's meeting with the Queen now.

November 2nd

Quick version: Misae broke of of the tour to run into a theater, where Sardonix had just finished draining a lot of people and was on his way out, if not for an annoying tag along who just HAD to follow him around and ask questions (Aijou). She's STILL tagging along as he tries to escape down an alley way.

Jedite returned to the Dark Kingdom, only to demand ultimate control over the soldiers, a position that was already filled completely. He left in a huff after a small debate with Alexandrite that was interrupted 'somewhat quietly' by Kenshiro and Jacinth.

The three princesses of Onigashima are paired off with three Dark Senshi, for various reasons.

The meeting about Fujin is early over, and some guests from Tydarius are on their way to Earth....
