Probably should have posted this crap sooner. But lots of stuff going on. >_>; Anyways, PE will be on hiatus until we can get a working scanner and an art program again. And we have not clue when that will be. We're sorry for the inconvenience and know we owe a ton of ponies from the last event and some commissions. We thank everyone for their patience with us so far. We will get the ponies done as soon as we can. Atleast P-chan can still draw them. xD

1. No stealing the art! We can't stress this enough. If you see someone with a pony that does not belong to them, that is theft from both us and the owner of the pony, please let us know right away. Along with any of the other art in the shop, like the custom headers.
2. No whining or begging! If you don't like the prices of the shop, please go elsewhere for your pony needs. We rarely open the flatsale slots, having mostly auctions and raffles, so the price is what we think fits. Also no whining if you don't get the pony you wanted in a raffle or auction. There are always more you can try for. ^^ Begging for ponies is also frowned apon. It's all quite annoying. >_o
3. Be Respectful. You guys don't have to like each other, but please keep personal arguments out of the thread and do it over pms. The thread is a much nicer place to be if everyone treats eachother with kindness. *dorky sparkly eyes...is bricked.* crying
4. One owner per pony. Ponies have alot of love to give...just not that much. And it also causes too much confusion and problems.
5. You cannot sell or trade your pony. Though why you would want to is beyond me. o_o
6. Follow the Gaia TOS while chatting in the thread. ^^

Be sure to check if slots are open before sending a form or trade!
It creates problems for everyone if you send them while they are closed.

Payments must be completed before Peanutchan will draw your pony.
This is to prevent people from backing out of the purchase after she has already done the work.
And we do accept items. biggrin

One slot per person, per slot batch. Don't want to be a pony hog. ;3

Sorry, no RL commissions for ponies for the time being. But we will be discussing the matter in length. So maybe in the future. ;3

We have the right to refuse to do a pony for any reason. If payment has already been sent, your gold will be refunded.

Ponies purchased using this form will be researched for their color, design, gender, and personality. The drawing of these ponies will be determined by those factors.

If you would like your pony to be in a specific pose, fill out that portion of the form. But we will not draw a preexisting pony in a pose that is uncharacteristic to them.

No templates are used here. biggrin All the ponies are custom drawn by Peanutchan, so no pony will be the same.

Can we get any kind of pony? Unicorn, Pegasus, Alicorn, Flutter, Sea, etc?
Yes, you can choose from all the breeds of ponies. 3nodding

Can I purchase a pony someone already has?
Yes you can. biggrin With the exception of Custom ponies of coarse. You can't have another person's custom. We'd be scraping the bottom of the pony barrel after awhile if we only allowed the existance of one pony. D; But if you order a pony that's already been done, rest assured your pony will be drawn in a different pose, just like any other pony. 3nodding

Can we purchase the gender change potion/baby potion at the same time as our pony?
Of coarse. biggrin This actually saves P and Yilico the extra work of having to draw and color the original gender of the pony and the opposite one. xDD

Can we change our pony's name?
No, sorry. ^^ The ponies are based off of the ones from the toys, movie, and tv series. Changing their names is not an option.

Will you do RL commissions for ponies? surprised
For now, no. Neither Peanutchan or Yilico have PayPal at this time. But maybe in the future. biggrin
