Hokage (Highest) Matsunoya (Magma)
Shikage (Highest) Kurisutara (Ice)
- The most powerful, skilled ninjas in all of the countries of ninja. They lead all ninjas and protect the hidden villages from oncoming attaackers. They are legendary ninjas who are able to perform any jutsus and seals.
Saanin (Second Highest) Mitsumina, Ryu-tsunami
-The most dangerous and unpredictable of all of the other ranks (excluding Hokage and Shikage). They may be allowed to preform seals or forbidden jutsus if Hokage or Shikage allows them.
Jounins (Third Highest)Talaki, Eiko, Yamanaka, Hiatsu, Tetsuichi, Zack, Sakura
-Jounins are highly skilled ninjas. They are allowed to lead a group of three Genins, but are much more strict with training and missions than the teachers at the ninja academy.
Chuunins (Fourth Highest) shadow_sasukeX, Hikari-hime,Yasutoko, Zero, Cloud
-Chuunins train to become skilled ninjas, and to prepare for the Chuunin Exam. They can also go on missions, but they are much more difficult. Chuunins also handle secret documents and are able to learn more skilled jutsus.
Genin (Lowest) Dante_no_Tanuki, Kyo,Yaujta
- Are subordinates who are trained by a Jounin and do missions for village people from any of the hidden villages
Ninja Academy Student Kougaru
(Must pass the Academy test to become a higher rank which is given to you by Hokage or Shikage)
-Ninja Academy students are just learning how to control their chakra, hand seals, genjutsus, taijutsus, and ninjutsus. All the jutsus they learn are low class and aren't particularly difficult to perform.
Medical Nin
(Must have passed the Ninja Academy test to become one)
-Medical Nins heal those who have been injured.
Hunter Nins
(Must be at least a Jounin rank ninja to become a Hunter Nin)
- Hunter Nins hunt down, kill, and destroy all trace of life of a ninja who has betrayed Hokage, Shikage or their country.
Ninja Academy Teachers
-Ninja Academey Teachers are the people who teach children to become highly skilled ninjas
ANBU Kaiten
-Ninjas who get rid of any trace of a dead body. Very good at hunting down people.
Explanations:
-Ninjutsus: Ninjutsus are techniques that a ninja use to conceal itself or to trick the enemy or trap them.
-Genjutsus: Genjutsus are illusionary techniques used to confuse the enemy
-Taijutsu: Taijutsu is ninja hand-to-hand combat. There are many different styles of taijutsu. (E.g. Gouken, Jyuuken.)
-Gouken uses powerful punches and kicks to damage the enemies bones and muscles.
-Jyuuken forces chakra into the enemies tenketsu to cut of the flow of chakra and to cause internal damage to organs, but it doesn't hurt the enemy that much at all.
-Tenketsu: Points in the body were chakra flows out.
-Hand Seals: Hand Seals are gestures which release Mind and Body chakra used to preform jutsus.
The hand seals are:
Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Rat, Pig, Bird, Horse, Tiger, Dog, Snake, Goat, Ninth Rat, Ninth Monkey, and Dragon
Missions: Missions come in Grade Ranks
F , E , D , C , C+ , B , B+ , A , A+ and S
Genins are allowed to do F and E ranked missions, Chuunins are allowed to do F, E, D, and C ranked missions, Jounins are allowed to do F, E, D, C. C+, and B ranked missions, and Saanins are allowed to do any rank mission and only S rank missions if Hokage or Shikage allows them to. Hokage and Shikage are allowed to do any missions if they wish to.
Note: The other ranks can only did missions if no-one else will except them and if they are of the rank they are alowwed to do.

The story behind the guild:
Hundreds of years ago there was a prosperous land. This land had everything, enough water for everyone, food for all and a strong leader. But then different opinions on how the country should have been run appeared among the village people. Soon, people started to leave the grand country and started new villages where they would train very young people to become stronger; they would train vigorously and for many long hours. Soon there were 12 different villages each with different beliefs and fighting techniques. Some of the villages decided to ally with others, yet some were enemies to other villages. The villages started to do missions for other people to assist them, if it were for finding a missing animal or protecting their lives. The villages have prospered and are known for their superior ninja abilities.
RULES
-If you attack a higher ranked ninja you will be suspended from the guild(unless they allow you to e.g. sparring)
- If you are injured dureing a mission you must get aided by a Medical Nin before taking on another mission.
-You are alowwed to fight against people from other villages, but not from allied ones unless you are sparring.
-If you want to fight, you and the person you want to fight with must agree on fighting
