How I await ur call every day,
to hear ur voice,
to hear u say..."i love you",
how i love ur voice,
so warm and soothing,

But what I love more is when u sink ur fangs into me,
blood dripping down my neck,
ur lips resting on the holes,
in complete and total ecstasy.

Vampire lovers are a different breed, not often understood by everyone else. Confessedly, I'm not sure the poem does complete justice to the rest of us - give some other "vampiric" writers a chance before giving an absolute judgement on the writing genre. I'll have to post some of my own writing, particularly the pieces involving the theme of vampires. Maybe then you'll be willing to reconsider.
