As long as you've collected all the other gifts, you should find him there when you go to your inventory through "my gaia".
Thats how I found mine.

it worked for me it will say you already got the grant but it must trigger something in the coding. You should get the bear then.
edit: you will only get the bear if you have logged on the past 5 days and collected all the other items. Also It doesn't matter if you se an error page that just means you already got the rose laurels. I got that page and still checked my invo and i got the teddy after that
