I'm doing alriiiight~ Anxious about this weekend. Thinking about playing
the sick card and not going to Bri's over-the-top birthday party for her one
year old that won't remember any of this s**t. orz lol. I don't have any
money for a gift~ And I agreed to face paint (but I explicitly said I needed
practice beforehand.) She has yet to bring me the tools or the paint for said
practice and the party is on the 22nd. = n =; I feel like an a*****e for lying,
but I should have to chase her to get s**t for her own grandiose party...

Well, you did a nice thing by agreeing to do the face painting, she didn't bother
to give you the materials for you to practice; so that's her problem /shrug
You definitely shouldn't have to chase her, since you're doing her a favor, lol.
Aaand, well I'm not the best person to weigh in on this since I wouldn't have
even agreed to go to a 1 year old's party in the first place xD;
I don't like big parties/groups as a rule, so it'd take something
really special or whatever for me to even agree to go x_x;
But..yeah I wouldn't blame you if you cancelled @ n @;
Especially if it's making you anxious o n o
Did you have any other plans aside from that?

Well, you know I'm not the best with groups of people, either.
Had it not been for the way she asked me, I'd have probably
said no in the politest way I could. Since I already hate children,
and hate groups of people.. It makes my anxiety go absolutely crazy.
But she texts me out of the blue saying "I need a favour only you can do.."
So immediately I'm thinking, oh god no.... So she asks me to face paint
because I can draw, which makes about as much sense to me as someone
saying since you can play the flute you can play the saxophone.
But I already feel like I can't say no because she has no one else to turn to.
Just... ARG. ARGGGgggggggg.
It bothered me though that she went a long time without saying a word to
me, then texts me only because she needs something. = n =;

BUT I am in the middle of making this avatar (but I'm so stuck on the shoes -sobs-)
I wanted a beige skirt that's the same beige as the hat to layer under the pink and light
purple/blue skirt, but have had no such lick finding one to my liking.

Mhm, I know; we're the same in that regard @o@;
Eehhh..I hate that. I don't think there's a more blatant way of
making someone feel used. Like..if you're not going to keep in touch with me
and see ho things are, stuff like that, don't ask me for a favor, lol. It just
seems incredibly rude. I agree with you there; face painting is something all it's own :T
But it's not your problem, even if she can't get another friend to do it for free; I'm sure
there's a service somewhere that would do it for money /shrug
You shouldn't go/do it because you feel like you have to; and if it'll be more beneficial for you
to stay home, then I think you should~ o u o
