No.
That item is from a cash rig.
The Senpai noticing is a user-created meme and does not have to do with the NPCs.
NPCs quoting you gives you no item, it's just for fun.
There are no rewards for NPC interaction except NPC interaction.

Starting to seem like visiting by Gaia HQ's time zone is the only possible explanation for the bear glitch. neutral I sure wish I could find clearer answers.

It's not necessarily. It's possibly pay to get past a certain difficulty point, but it depends on your personal skill and the luck of the rounds. Some people get stuck at level ten/eleven without powerups, some get stuck at six.

i got stuck at 9. :/ if i had a few more moves id be fine. -_- im always a couple hundred points away.
