Probably "Come and take a walk with me, so I can get to know you better."

Walks, for me at least, are very romantic under the right circumstances. (They are also part of the reason I am, apparently, so good at tragic (or pathetic, depending on you point of view) romances.)

Dinner is always nice, however I lived way out in the middle of nowhere at the time, so it would have been impractical for a first date.
