Good luck! It took me over 4 hours before I finally got it

Did I miss the event? I do not see any 'send valentine' button...All I see is "Barterin"

Today is the last day of the event. But if you copy the username and then click on the wing sticker next to your avi you can send one. My suggestion would be have 2 tabs open, one on the message page and then one on the forum, took me less time that way.
