most of my friends are goth and emo and r lovable cept 4 me i'm really emo and goth due to broken hearts and i associate alot with ur deaths

After trusting someone and being hurt it is hard to be welcoming again. Just be open and release the pain that is put onto you

I am not one to say no. But be careful with it. Do not always believe the knife is your friend. Atempt to heal before using it.

my unwanted opinion on cutting: your doing it for the wrong reason. stop bullshittig yourself that your depressed and suicidal. all you want is someone to say "i love you" and keep up with it,cutters are looking for attention. i've seen depressed people,people with problems that anyone can see needs help. usually people who dont seek help nor blatantly cry out for help are the ones who need it. so cutters: stop bullshitting.

I wouldn't say all cutters are bullshitting, but those that are quite blatant most likely are. I know one girl that did it, got help for it and recovered, and no one knew until after the fact.

thats good. and i didnt mean it like that,i know there are exceptions. its just that most emo kids i have come across have been cutters and cut themselves over ridiculous things. like one time my emo friend cut himself becuase he wasnt able to get a hotdog and had to settle for a hamburger. i didnt know until after he did it and i almost blew up on him.

I didn't mean it to sound like I was upset. I just find it kinda odd. And why does every fraternity or sorority have to try to make money off it, it's annoying because you can't get near the cafeteria with out them going 'buy a candygram' or 'buy a card'.

i understand. im shy too,but i've been trying to overcome that. i wish i was at ur school,i would so help you.oh,i know this is somewhat random but a good way to start a convo is to "randomly" compliment a person on something. like once a hot topic i shouted out to someone "omg! i love your hair!" and then my friend pushed me to get his myspace and i sucked up the courage and did just that. i hope that helped.
