We don't have troops "stationed" over there like we do in Australia or Japan. The whole middle east is a war-zone still. So this is a non-question.

Troops are able to vote. They do absentee ballots. Did you seriously imagine this had never been considered and taken care of before?

I'm not so sure if that is true...

But I sure as hell know that the entire base my brother was stationed at wasn't able to vote because their papers weren't mailed to them on time...
