Nobody would vote for him for his plan.
The only reason he has any support is because people think he's... Well... Personable. I think. They really don't like Obama, so they just want someone who they don't hate as much.

Regardless of if their plan is going to royally ******** up the economy or not.

the man has been a congressmen for 12 years.

he runs for office very 2.

thus people have voted for him 6 times.
Does it really surprise you that the people in this country would vote for such a person?

You're heavily misinformed.
He's part of the senate, not the house.
Senators get elected every six years, not every two. House members get elected every two.
They only voted for him once. And I doubt it's because of any of his plans.

emotion_facepalm OP is true if you only listened to the first 8 seconds of Paul Ryan's closing statement. Here's a more accurate portrayal of the closing statements.

Vice President Biden: "Thank you Martha. Thank you Centre College. Now I'd like to share with you all of the Obama campaign talking points. That is what this is all about."

Congressman Ryan: "Thank you Martha, Centre College, and thank you Joe. It's been an honor. Now I'd like to share with you all of the Romney campaign talking points. We ask you for your vote."

At least one person understood what I was getting at.
