Invisible Phantom

Well, I'm going to be going off to college pretty shortly now and a big goal of mine while I'm away is to tone my body and make myself a bit stronger. I know, they're just general goals but they'll flesh out more as time goes on. Right now, however, I would like to get some advice on different workouts or machines I could use for each section of my body. I would like to do full body sessions but the two main groups I think I wanna focus on the most are my arms and my core muscles. My college offers a huge recreational facility on campus for free usage by students and there are various clubs geared towards fitness including a boxing club (which I plan to join as soon as I move in). Could anyone give me some ideas of exercises and machines I could use to reach my oh-so-general goal? XD
