Need to know exactly what you guys think would be the best weight training regime?
Barbell lifting -- squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press.

Also, pull-ups and push-ups (if push-ups are too easy, try them one-handed).

You'll have to outeat your metabolism to gain mass.

I would like to add liquid calories into the mix. Whole milk and protein powder do wonders. If you have a blender, add fruits too and just chug. Do this 1-2 times every single day, add volume as needed.

Don't go with mainstream meal replacement though, most of them have way too much carbs and too little protein. Generally, you want nothing more than 2:1 ratio, carb:protein.

Do this. If you truly burn through calories like a MF, one thing you can try is eating everything in sight. When I first started lifting, my metabolism was also really high. I couldn't gain anything, muscle or fat, and so what I did was I chugged half a gallon of milk every day. After that I started to gain weight, and I was able to adjust how many calories I took in to get a good balance between muscle and fat gain. When it comes to increasing mass, it's better to eat too much and adjust than to eat too little, because then you're wasting your time.
