My Gym teacher said that if you do some simple weights and then go into cardio, it burns fat off faster than the other way around.

I'm interested in what you guys have to say around here!
lifting is way better.
yes its good to get some cardio in but keep your program mainly weight training and you're golden!

depends on what you're going for. if you want to gain weight, burning a ton of calories and trying to maintain a calorie excess can get expensive. razz
