Ditch the push ups.
Do you want muscle strength or muscle definition. Their very different.
Why arnt you going to work out your legs. Do you want to look good for the ladys then when you show your legs you have little chicken legs?
Do you know how to bulk? Do you mind gaining a little fat? Because your probably going to.
Both strength and definition, and legs arent a big deal for me at the moment but once I'm done with what I plan on working on now, I'll go to my legs surely. I thought about gaining fat and I don't like that idea but as long as I improve my strength and I'm healthy. But why ditch the pushups?
Push ups are pointless, just bench. You can do 50 push ups but its hardly doing anything
Also you NEED to work out your legs. Dont hold it off. You make better gains when your working out your whole body and not just upper body. When i goto the gym its sickening seeing people only working out upper body and not legs. I've seen maybe 5 people who work out their legs and upper body and they look 50 times better then the people who dont touch there legs.
Also you need to figure out your TDEE, I recommend Bulking right now. Its hard to not gain fat while bulking but that is the best way to build size.
And please for the love of God work out your legs.
I eat 4k Calories a day. Im currently bulking.
