For me? No. For you, and most other people? Yes.

There is a reason the US Military PT test maxes at 77, with 71 being a perfect score:

Consecutively with perfect form? Of course I meant straight, I didn't say film a video of you doing pushups throughout the course of 12 hours. I do 2,000 every morning before I go to work, but I can't do 2,000 pushups in one sitting.

With out losing form yes. I can do 100+ in one sitting.
Push ups are a waste of time for me, I need weights

Why in the world would you do 2,000 push ups daily? If you can handle that huge amount, then the exercise isn't benefiting you anymore! You should be increasing your reps and decreasing the sets, at the very least, so that you're maxing out all in one go. Or you should be using weights in order to strengthen your chest and make the push-ups more difficult. Doing 2,000 regularly is just wasting time.

Lol, push ups? Who gives a ********? Can I do 100? I have no idea, because I will not try. This is the weightlifting sub-forum. I'm sure there's a better sub for you to brag about your push ups. Wanna brag? Why don't you post your squat max instead.

Quotable Smoker

Mr badass lololololol. I'm in the army I can do 100 without breaking a sweat, nothing to brag about.

This would be true... assuming his goal is improvement.
If he's seeking to maintain then he's doing the right thing.

The army gives you 2 minutes for those push-ups. And you can stop for as long as you need. If you do twenty, rest five second, do ten more, and so on so forth however you can do them then you can do them.

Now can you do 100 push ups consecutively at the same rate of speed?

As for me, my max is 69 in 2 minutes...
