I think it's important to state how much you weigh as well. For instance, my sister's fat boy friend can bench press 250 pounds, but weighs 300 pounds. I can bench press 245ish, but weigh closer to 165 pounds. It's not the same, and I don't care what anyone says.

Triceps Ehh I'm not great with extensions. I do different work outs for triceps. But my triceps are huge.
I weigh 120 pounds, and I lifted the empty bar for the bench press. Yaaay. (I hear it weighs 10 kilos)
I used to not be able to lift it more than twice, though... I did 6x5 this time, though...

I weigh about 110-115lbs (I'm this short little girl).
Have not done a 1RM in a long time, but I can do 39x55lbs for bench (I have a fitness test coming up that's max reps for a 55lb bench press). I've been training with 12lbs for bicep curls. Triceps no idea. My star lift is deadlift, for which I can lift 200lbs.
