I have terrible ankle flexibility so have a hard time doing squats properly, unfortunately.

I have natural lower body strength and didn't start training them until Tuesday of this week. I've been powerlifting on the upper body since last year. Started bench pressing 190 lbs being 175, and just went from there.

I normally list my big three whenever I'm checking my numbers.

Bench - 225 x 5
Squat - 315 x 5
Deadlift - 410 x 5

5'10" - 170 lbs

I was very nervous about doing Olympic lifts when I started working out. Now, they're a staple for any workout that I do. If I may, you should try adding 5 lbs each time you do your lifts. As long as you can slap on more weight and still perform the exercise with good form, you're good to go.
these are pretty good for your weight, are you an athlete?

I'm an actor. I was 120-130 lbs when I was younger and I wanted to bulk up to widen the roles I could play. Also, I'm finding I like stage combat and movement work a lot so having a body that can do what I want it to is nice.
