Bench: 225x5, 235x1
Leg Press and Dead lift: dont know.
I dont lift weights anymore, havent for 3 years. All i do is run very far.
5'4, 155 lbs, 6% body fat. Haven't tested my 1RM max in months but I lift heavy 2-3 days a week to maintain strength. Current levels (after warm up sets):

Bench press: 235 lbs x 5
Back squat: 315 lbs x 5
Deadlift: 395 lbs x 5

I add weighted pull ups and dips (45 lbs in a weight vest) after my lifts to finish.
A lot. wink
Got 120 on my bench today(: Working towards those plates!

I guess you could call it power clings.

Age: 15
I can lift 132 lbs (in total on benchpress). Don't know if it's impressive, but most of my firends, and also strangers, find it pretty impressive.

I don't lift anymore, I lost 50 lbs by running and lost a lot of muscle. Soon im going to start lifting again...when i stop being lazy.

that sucks man. Get back to it!! im doing good now a days. i did 135 pound weighted dips for 2 reps yesterday! its my new personal record. haha i was so happy when i did it.

My coach told me that consider I'm 5'4, and 182 lbs that it was impressive that I could lift 140lbs. Not sure how true that is. But I'm curious, how much can you guys lift?


Bench press I think I'm at 190 lbs.
i weigh 150lbs 5'8.

I don't know about Deadlift or Squat never maxed out on those

I'm only just starting to learn the proper forms..
I'm still not doing the deadlift correctly... D:
I will fix it, though. I've just been doing it with the empty bar, which is plenty heavy for me, since I'm a weakling. I just started doing the squats yesterday, with maybe 10 kilos. D:
But gotta start somewhere...
