My coach told me that consider I'm 5'4, and 182 lbs that it was impressive that I could lift 140lbs. Not sure how true that is. But I'm curious, how much can you guys lift?

I normally list my big three whenever I'm checking my numbers.

Bench - 225 x 5
Squat - 315 x 5
Deadlift - 410 x 5

5'10" - 170 lbs

Damn bro you must be ripped. I want that 400lb deadlift so bad.

I'm 5'9" - 195lb

Bench 250x5
Squat 285x5
Deadlift 305x5

I know, a little top heavy but due to a knee injury in college I had to lay off anything like squats or deadlifts for like 4 years. I'm just starting to work on it this summer.

lol ripped means low bodyfat...

thats good man! i mean theres always someone whos gonna be stronger than you so yeah at least youre being consistent. i know lots of people who just quit after a couple months. squats are awesome, even though i have to be careful cuz of my back

I know what ripped means. If you weigh 25lb less than me and you're about the same height, but you lift that much more than me that means you have more muscle mass and less fat. So, your body fat must be pretty low, meaning you'd be ripped. No need to be a d**k about it.
Age: 18 on September 18th
5'2"
108lbs

Deadlift: 205
Bench: 115
Squat: No idea. Last year when I began lifting it was 155, but I've become much stronger since then so I'd say probably 185+, bar only. (not those stupid cheater things you can attach to the bar for shoulder comfort and stability)

Pic on profile. I have rather manly shoulders haha.
