i want to train for the Austin run of Run For Your Lives and a future run of Mudder Dash -
but i don't know what strength exercises are good for obstacle courses.
Pointers/videos for tutorials?
obstacle courses, will need a lot of endurance, so no need for really weights
You need to do lots of reps and I mean lots..

Then I can see what muscle group you really need

Looks like nothing but legs really..
Leg endurance is what you really need
I don't see any pull up type of obstacle in the video
So just look for some good leg workouts that build endurance if you need some help Id be glad to.
