Been Lifting for a Year and a Half. (pic)

Pretty pumped, I wasn't into lifting until last year, and I think I must gain muscle fast or something, because I'm way stronger than every other girl in my school. Any thoughts? (that's a senior picture of mine below)



Also, what's the best thing to eat for breakfast?

And I don't eat breakfast. First meal of the day is lunch. Haha. But if I had to, anything with fiber keeps me running through most of the day.

I've been lifting for 4 months now and starting to see some changes too, both in strength and size. ( Mesomorph ftw =D )

Buckwheat porridge is really nice for breakfast. I feel it keeps one sated longer then oatmeal.

oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk. maybe some eggs if i feel like it. usually my breakfast is just coffee.

That's fantastic! Your progress is amazing. I eat 2 eggs every morning usually with some veggie and the occasional couple strips of bacon cooked in coconut oil.

Bench: 120lbs
Back Squat: 190lbs
Deadlift: 200lbs
OHP as in Overhead Press? 85lbs strict without dipping

Couple months ago. I did injure my back/hip about a month ago so I have to rebuild again now.
