hi erm i have no training equipment at my home but i was wondering is there any way to work on your muscles at home without equipment (i know there's several different training exercises but i don't know the proper way of doing them without pulling something)
also i happen to be poor so i have no money to go to the gym
If you're serious about gaining join a cheap gym or at least get yourself some adjustable dumbbells and a bench. Sure you can make some gains doing just bodyweight stuff but they'll be hard to come by

Agreed 100%. You can't get very strong in any reasonable period of time without weight training.
Go in a park and find somewhere you can do chin ups.
You can get really fit doing chin ups, push ups, pull ups, running and abs workout.
You dont need weight to get fit.
