Hitomi watched with concern as Ikuto tried to stand up with difficulty. "Hey don't stress yourself." she told Ikuto while placing a hand on his shoulder to reassure him. "She's going to alright."

Constantine crossed his arms over his chest and stared one of the windows in the cafeteria. The sky was a brilliant shade of blue, all the hues merging together. He ran a hand through his silver hair to clear his mind. Everything had been going along perfectly. Kooura and he established a relationship again like when they were children and he was starting to like his job as a teacher. Maybe coming here wasn't as bad an idea as he thought. "I wonder where Kooura is..." he said and turned on his heel, heading back into the hallway.

Having pushed back her melancholy feelings, Kooura felt a lot better. She walked down the hallway alone, skipping to catch up with the reflections of the fluorescent lights in the linoleum. She began humming to herself quietly. After a while, she slowed her pace. A creepy feeling rushed over her. The kind of feeling she gets when she knows someone is watching her. Suddenly and viciously, a gust of wind blew in the hallway, knocking her down and sending her tumbling for a few feet before her body came to a stop. Her head smacked against the floor and her vision became blurred. Everything seemed to rock back and forth. She could make out a shadow looming over her, but that was all she got before blacking out entirely. Her body layed motionless on floor alone in a part of the school that was rarely visited.

Vinci noticed that Veela and the guy with a blonde hair were not around. Minutes later, he looked around and saw the guy and Veela incoming. "It looks like something bad happened to Veela" he said to himself. He walked to them and asked the guy, "What happened?" He looked at Veela's face and said, "You look ill. I think the nurse in the infirmary should also check you out."

Veela could hear people talking around the room, as
she slowly came to consciousness. She must have
been put in a bed she thought, cause she wasn't on
the floor where she'd collapsed. Not wanted to draw
attention to her, she kept her eyes closed, not that
she could open them anyway. She listened, hoping
to recognize the voices. She heard a nurse fussing
over someone, she didn't know who and an unknown
girls' voice. She was still to weak to tell anything else
from that. Veela did realize that she wasn't in a bed
though, cause her feet were dangling, and last time
she checked, that's not how beds felt.

Vinci slowly pulled Veela from the guy. He wrapped her arms on his neck and carried her on his back. "Don't worry, I'm here" he whispered to her. He opened the door of the infirmary and walked to the bed. He laid her on the bed and said, "You're okay now." He called the nurse and asked for assistance. Despite of his hunger, he sat beside the bed and stayed with Veela.

Veela felt someone pick her up, and heard
Vinci's voice. At least she recognized
someone's voice she thought weakly. She
felt the bed as she was laid in it, it felt safe
and comfortable.

Feeling a little better, Veela opened her eyes,
blinking a few times. 'At least it's not dark
anymore.' she thought looking around
realizing she was back in the Infirmary. She
saw Vinci sitting beside the bed, and Ikuto
being held up by some girl with bunny ears
and the others standing around.. Looking at
Vinci, she gave a weak smile,

"I guess it's an Infirmary party, isn't it?...I'm
sorry I didn't bring an appetizer." her stomach
grumbled as she continued,
"Which I could really use. I didn't have a
chance to eat...with Ikuto's fever...I forgot
about myself. I ran out of energy." she finished
her voice barely above a whisper."

"Don't worry, Ikuto is okay now" he said to Veela and held her right hand. He looked at Veela's face and smiled. "Veela" he uttered in his amorous voice. "I'll be back. I'll get some food." he continued. He stood up and called the nurse and said, "Please take care of her. I will be back."

"Thank you." she replied quietly, watching
Vinci walk away and say something to the
nurse. She closed her eyes, thinking it would
be better for her to rest a little while she
waited. Veela hoped she could maybe listen,
and find out who people were, and if there
was any news on Ikuto.

Vinci vacated the infirmary and started to walk briskly. Minutes later, he arrived in front of the cafeteria. He entered and quickly walked to the food counter. "Please give me a food for a vampire" he said to the server. After getting food for Veela, he began to pin-point some food for himself. "I will take these out" he said to the server while holding the tray. Vinci exited the cafeteria with his right hand holding a plastic bag and walked back to the infirmary. After some couple of minutes, he arrived in front of the door of the infirmary. He entered and walked to the bed where Veela was lying. He dropped the plastic bag on the table near the bed and prepared the food. He turned to Veela while holding a bowl of blood-like soup, started to feed her and said, "This will make you feel better."

Sibylla glanced at the massive, prestigious, academy for her first time, her heart beat rapid and swift. She had never expected Silver Shade to be this majestic. She couldn't fathom why she was chosen out of all the students they possibly could have picked... but the girl pushed the thought aside and slightly bent down. She grabbed the straps to her bag and struggled to hoist the cumbersome rucksack over her petite shoulder.

The young girl waddled her way to the front entrance where she halted for a small pause. She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly before she gripped the knob and twisted. She tightly shut her eyelids due to her stomach twisting in anticipation for what the interior of the building looked like. When Sibylla overcame the ailing feeling inside her, she pushed the door opened and advanced a few blind steps into the school and dared to glimpse... her jaw dropped in shock at what her eyes were showing her. She had never in her short life seen such extravagance. She stumbled and toppled. Thud!

"Ow!" she yelped sharply, her voice soft and high-pitched. The small girl rubbed her elbow that hit taken the blunt of the fall and slowly stood, her whole four and a half foot frame, to her feet. She glanced around and discerned the front office nearby and sighed. It appeared so far away. She picked up her pack, barely, and managed to sling it on her shoulder as she began her short trek to the office. Once she arrived, she entered and completed the rest of the registration.

Sibylla smiled brightly as she left the office, but it vanished as soon as it came once the realization kick in... she had to carry her gear to her dormitory... "Aw... first day and already a terrible start."

"My entire life has been a mystery I cannot fathom."
