Hi, this is Tokoshira's school for the gifted. Here is a school for the specially gifted. Any age is permitted here. You are allowed in for things like this...

-if you're phsycic, or things like that
-non human (you may be demon or lycan, vampire and etc.)
-especially good in certain things
