"Well now, appears we have a fire user here......" He watched, somewhat interested. He stood there, standing off to the side as she was now fixated solely on the fire spout.

Rinku Hoshisuka;

She smiled out of amazement due to the force that was causing the flame to flicker. "You betcha I am! I'm not really that good yet, though. That's the reason as to why I was sent here in the first place," she said honestly as she continued to make the fire explode for a couple more times.

Rinku looked at the flame before snapping her fingers. After the third snap, a small flame, not over three inches in height appeared in her hands. Afterwards, the flame's life was cut short. She sighed lightly, "I guess I still need patience..."

"Apparently so. So how's you end up where you were then?" He laughed then. "What happened, you get lost?" He chuckled.

Rinku Hoshisuka;

She looked at him and then rolled her eyes as if saying that she did not want to reminisce as to what happened to her. "Basically, I did. I have a very poor sense of direction. But at least, I know the spots to avoid- like that rocky idiotic..." she was cut off when she sighed almost exasperatedly.

"Ah well, at least I have a good place to stay in," she said, patting the ground, "I have everything I need here!"

He raised an eyebrow. "Everything eh? What about a bed to sleep in? Food to eat? Stuff like that? Hmmm?" He queried

Obviously she had not thought this completely through, seeing as she was planning to sleep on the ground..

Rinku Hoshisuka;

She nodded, "I can sleep on the ground and all. Food? Of course I saw some trees there in the forest. So I am assuming that I can find food there as well. I think I'm okay." she said proudly.

Rinku looked at the stars who, by now, were bidding goodbye as the sky was painted with blots of the night and the sunrise. "It is very beautiful when I look at it from here..."

He shrugged. "Never really stopped to watch a sunset, or a sunrise." He turned and watched for a few moments. "It is nice though." He smiled.

Rinku Hoshisuka;

She looked at the sky before leaning her head on a random rock. "Rock, I never know that I would have to rely on you again... Sky... You are so... BEAUTIFUL!" she exclaimed before smiling. It was her real smile that was rarely shown to anyone who did not please her. However, she was just plainly happy that she was safe in her own little spot in the sanctuary.

"Rii..." she whispered before hugging her knees and then closing her eyes.

He stepped back, fading silently as she was heading off to sleep.

He reappeared in the forest and walked for a bit. Then finding a random tree he climbed into it, leaning against the tree as he sat in the branches. He watched the remaining stars faded and then fell asleep himself.

((Gonna get some sleep, later.))

Panting gently, Kari came walking quickly over toward a person lying on the ground. After seeing a guy get swallowed up by the earth, the school made her a little nervous. "Hello? Do you know where I can find the Earth studies area? I think my instructor's name is... Sayer..." She read a note she had written on a small piece of paper.
Looking around, she commented, "Judging by all the flames, I assume I'm in the wrong place... I'm sorry, I'm new here." She excused her hasty speech.

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Mahatma Gandhi - "Tú tienes que ser el cambio que quieres ver en el mundo."
It had taken the better part of two hours, but Sayer had finally made his way up the canyon wall. With one last grunt and a small burst of energy, he finally pushed himself up onto level ground. He knelt, resting for a bit. Yeah, he could've saved himself the trouble and fashioned some steps from the walls, but he didn't want to ruin this place because he liked it. Besides, a little physical activity never hurt anyone, right?

Sayer looked around. The surrounding area was much like a desert, which was only natural, considering there was a canyon here. But he needed to get back to the school and find his students, if he had any. And wasn't he supposed to meet with the other heads? He was, right?

At any rate, he had things to do. So he picked himself up and trudged in the direction of the forest, back toward civilization....

Some people regarded themselves as great. Some people had been called great by others. There were very few who could actually say they had earned greatness. Like the breeze on a river of time, those who obtained greatness, through whatever means, were allowed to live through an age.

And in this next age, they would be called heroes and villains. People who had impacted the lives of reality to a point of remembrance. They ascended to a higher plane of existence within the mind of those who knew them. Those who shared their story with others. These heroes and villains would soon wither out. Leaving behind only those who truly were great. Those who had earned greatness with the sweat of their bow and hard work they put into making those around understand them. Those that were left were once again carried away into the next age.

They would be known as legends. Be them good or evil, it no longer mattered. They reserved a place in the books of history that none could touch. They were martyrs. They were destroyers. They were saviors. They were people who all had one thing in common. They were not normal. They lived their lives with a single minded conviction that was unstoppable. Something normal people lack. An undying will to see things through.

But when you have one who has earned that status. One who has lived through the ages seeing his deeds live with him. Seeing his past behind him. Seeing a future before him. When you have one who can transcend the mortal bounds of life and ascend into the immortal realm of legend, yet still breath and live with those around him, you have something all together different. Something that is feared and looked upon with an awe of wonder. Something that very few can actually fathom and understand. You have a god.

Sorlamain looked from the perch of his Temple. The only place he called his own. The only place he let none venture. This was his realm. Everything about it was bred for him. It was a modification of his will. Much like his ability. Something few understood. It was called Arcane. An ability of will. A measure of strength that few could control and even fewer could master. But it tied into everything that lived, everything that was organic and not. It was tied into the very fabric of reality. And it was extremely dangerous. So much so that it was not considered an element like the rest.

It sat alone on a pedestal looking down upon everything. Keeping a tender balance that was threatening to rupture. A balance that was threatened by the very existence of those around it, and yet could not survive without them. A constant battle of will. And yet it had survived for more years than even Sorlamain could count. At the beginning there was no one controlling the balance, and yet it held true. This enigma was something that he thought about on a daily basis. And in his near unlimited understanding, he could barely fathom a reason for such an occurrence. Which would prove to be exhausting.

His mind was capable of marvelous feats. But, pitted against something as complex as the understanding of the most basic element, he was near powerless. And yet, he challenged himself every day to delve further and further into his understanding to grasp even more of this magnificent puzzle. And slowly, through the tedious years, he was coming out on top of the game. He was confident that he still had much more to delve into, but he also knew that he was long past learning. He was into understanding. He was ascending.

He stood atop his lone tower and with a long breath he let himself fade away into a breeze. Time had come to Begin anew. He was needed.

(Soo Lazy right now.)

Yuuki had registered for the academy just late last night. Her trip was longer than expected. Right now she was sprawled across her bed and the burst of light had landed on her face. She grimaced and rolled over grumbling. "Dammit..." She cursed silently to herself, as she rose slowly.
***

Later she was walking casually across the school grounds. Her eyes shifted as she examined her surroundings. "I wonder where he is," she said to herself and sighed. After a while she gave up her search and sat down on the grass, under a tree. Contemplating on whether she should take a nap or continue her search. God, she was lazy as hell.

Dreamer's Dust <3

Ckoal's entire arm sprung out of the ground, it patted the ground around it's to get the feel of where it was. After realizing he was in the School of lightning's backyard it sprung to attention and then went back in the dirt, only leaving a slight mound from where it came out. A few seconds pass by then ckoal pops out of the ground in the exact same spot as his arm did. He started to brush the dirt off of himself. "Maybe I should start sleeping in my regular bed once in a while."

Ckoal finished brushing the dirt off of his body and started to walk around. He was starting to notice that some students were returning and that the schools seemed lively again. Ckoal sat on a rock and started to look around. "I wonder where my brother is... I mean I'm so bored right now... I wonder if any one wants to have a little spar with me?" Ckoal hopped off the rock that he was so calmly sitting on and started to do a weird walk as he looked for anyone that would spar with him.

~* Our sole obsession, Right through my fingers...The art of dispersion, Back into slumber...

It was almost a chaotic sight to behold, as swarms of students both new and old alike begun to desperately poor into the gargantuan building, as though the lot of them were driven by some sort of mechanical impulse to reach the innards of the collosal structure. A chorus of chattering and chuckles booming audibly from within, making it difficult to comprehend the spoken word, whether or not you were right beside the bearer of said words in question...from the perspective of any new students, there was only one word for this downright terrifying situation: 'Dangerous'.

Not the danger that one usually faced from time to time in this hectic world they inhabited, ironically enough it had been given the name of Euphoria...No, there were no balls of fire hurtling towards the earth, or winged beasts swooping down upon the unsuspecting victim only to carry them away in the night sky, this was a different kind of danger, this was 'School'. New schools more often than not had a devistating effect on the individuals of youth, some were afraid of homework...others were afraid of making new friends, but in this world the vast majority of them were moreso in fear of maybe being lit aflame for the amusement of the local bully, or even encased in a giant unbreakable bubble, normal kids bullied with their fists...in this world, they did it with lightning bolts and the like.

So this is really it? The legendary campus?

Dull blackened strands of hair would flow wildly before the young boys aquatic eyes as the wind caught him from behind, as the main sector of the elemental schools was surrounded by water it wasn't unnatural to meet with these weather conditions...even the most unique children seemed to dislike the bitter chill of the air around them, but the bright eyed boy didn't seem to mind. There he stood, all by his lonesome...shivering not from the cold, or from the horrible plague of fear that seemed to cut deep at the hesitating teens who were lost in the crowd...but no, as he clutched tightly at the obsidian pendant the dangled loosely around his pale neck, he seemed almost excited.

Look at everyone...It's no wonder everyone wants to get inside so quickly, this place is huge!

Naive as always, he didn't seem to realise that everyone was simply trying to escape the cold...his unusual optimism allowed him to look past the exterior's of all those hormone driven teenagers, he sincerely believed that all of their intentions were innocent, that all of them were nice young people who were all happy to see each other, sadly this was nowhere near being the case...which was something he would likely learn the hard way as always.

I think I'll just wait until everyone calms down though, I wouldn't want to be rude and bump into anyone

Definitely a wise choice upon his part, Immaturity knew no bounds when 15 year old boys could throw fireballs at someone who had simply nudged their shoulders as they passed them by. Naive as this boy may have been, lady luck seemed to have taken his side more often than not.
