Gwen Patts

Gwen had this little habit that she got from her escaped attempts from her last place of residence. She would peek around every corner with her mind before she turned on it. This was a very useful ability when you are trying to sneak around some place. She found it quite ironic that the abilities that the scientist gave her was what fueled her need to get out. Seeing all those people outside the building not getting beat on a daily basis or being put through stupid tests. They went to school and learned and had friends. Friends. Those were something that she had yet to gain.

She peered around the corner following her habit. Normally she didn't see anyone but this she did. She saw a sight she had yet to see. The boy had ears and a tail. She hadn't ever seen anybody like that even in the other building. Seeing as she had nothing better to do she thought she would talk to him. Locking on him she teleported right in front of him. "Hello."

It's that dark breeze that passes by and says nothing...

Suti was grateful that Dream has left. The boy was standing frozen and the two seemed worried about him. This was her chance to escape and she quickly ran down the hallway. Of course I didn't want her to hurt him. I visit the nurses office more than once a day. thinking of that she could feel the blood on her mouth. She was still coughing. Visions of the past were unusually brutal on her. She sometimes got visions of things that never happened. They said they were visions of the future. She knew they were wrong of course. There was no such thing as seeing the future, for the future is constantly changing.
Suti took in a ragged breathe. Tasting blood when she did, and almost choking on it. Everyone here has amazing powers with little consciousnesses, but me, I have stupid powers that almost kill me. I'm a failed experiment. The thought was acidic. It brought back a fragment of a memory. She instantly dismissed it. Never relive things. It's what can kill you. A weakness. Like that boy, how he froze at those words. Two more turns before the nurses office when she saw a professor talking to a closet. (She couldn't see Luna at that point) She blinked. She didn't recall the teacher though she probably had him. Maybe he's the teacher I have after lunch? I rarely see him, I'm always in the nurses office after lunch.

Iden Colewall

Of course Iden knew that there was boxed tissue in the supply closet, that's why he used it as an excuse. He let the girl get the box off a shelf and watched as she opened it, revealing several smaller boxes of tissues.
"Only one for now." The teacher replied. "I'll wait to acquire more until I can get a feel of how bad allergy season is going to be this year."
Another lie, but if it got the student talking he wasn't going to dwell on it. Iden rarely dwelled on the past, as it was usually more depressing than expecting the worst outcome for one's future.

Headmistress Fairwood

Once must reach towards the sun...

A tall, elegant young woman sat in a large, airy office. The walls were curved, with half of the room just one giant window, looking over the school grounds and the forest. Even the lake was visible in the distance. The woman perched on the edge of her desk, looking down at a book that she had in her hands. She wore a pretty dress, although perhaps it was a little strange. It appeared as a dress from an earlier period. She wore a large, intricate black hat that tilted on her head at a cute angle. Her hair was neatly curled, and her brilliant, intelligent blue eyes glittered as she turned the pages of her book.

The headmistress of Silent Academy, Briar Fairwood was dainty, but tough. She stood up and put her book down behind her. Briar turned her head, and walked out of her office with a calm peaceful gait. The upper floor was for staff offices and dorms, basically her office, the teacher's lounge, and all of the teacher's rooms. Briar headed for the stairs, preferring to walk down instead of talking the elevator. She smiled brightly as she headed down, taking a deep breath. The school was wonderful. Just, completely wonderful.

....to get the chance to bloom.

The most powerful of all weapons
is the human mind

Aurora rolled over in her bed, her eyes closed shut as if she was trying to block something out. In fact she was. Today was just one of those days where her brain felt as if it were hyper active, constantly thinking and processing stuff. She sat up suddenly and swung her feet to the side of the bed so they were on the floor, letting out a long sigh.

She had been staying at the school for almost a year now, and she was slowly adjusting to it. As long as she didn't feel threatened or anything. She looked around her room, quite content here. It was sort of her sanctuary and the first thing that she could ever call her own. She had put drapes over the windows, to cover the window when the sun shined directly though. Because of the experiments her senses were sensitive. Including her vision.

{{Had to get a different pic cause the other one didnt work}}

The girl nodded as she pulled one out carefully. "Allergy season, huh? ..I trust you aren't allergic to cats?" She asked, getting up to hand him the box. There was something about this teacher. Why was he talking to her? Was he really here simply for a box of tissues? Did he know of her nature? She had thought the headmistress had made it clear to all faculty and staff members of all the students and their abilities. If the teacher was allergic to cats, he would definitely not be near her... would he?

Iden Colewall

Iden almost raised an eyebrow when the girl asked him if he were allergic to cats before remembering that there were plenty of students with feline attributes. Whether or not she had meant it as a joke was unclear to him, so he treated it as a serious inquiry.
"Oh, not at all but I do have some students who are allergic to pollen in a few of my classes." Iden replied, figuring that hiding the truth with a different truth was the best way to go.
He didn't have any allergies that he knew of, but he did know that pollen allergies were pretty common. Using that as a scapegoat was a perfect cover-up for his true reason for being there.

The girl was relieved when she had heard him say that he wasn't allergic to cats. That meant that he wouldn't be allergic to her. "That's good to hear." She said, almost smiling. Her tail had almost relaxed, so she had tightened it around her waist. She still didn't want to show that she's mostly a cat. Her ears, she didn't have to worry. It was rather comforting in her messy hair.

Iden Colewall

Iden again suppressed the urge to raise an eyebrow when the girl said that it was a good thing he wasn't allergic to cats. He didn't see any feline attributes on her, so he couldn't really understand her concern with the situation. It was then that the British teacher realized that he didn't know her name, even though he had been teaching at the school for almost three years.
"I'm sorry, but I can't seem to recall your name." Iden said. "I'm Mr. Colewall."
If anything she probably would have heard of him by now, he was rather infamous for his Shakespeare section in his English classes.

It's that dark breeze that passes by and says nothing...

Suti looked at the tissues with longing. She didn't like walking down the halls with blood dripping from her mouth, she looked like a vampyre. Something she was pretty sure she wasn't. Even if there was that bit of doubt in her mind. She heard the teacher's name and she smiled, she did have the teacher, though she wasn't sure for what, or when. She didn't even recognize him in the slightest, the name just seemed to stick. She was good with names though. She whipped the blood on her sleeve hiding it before she walked by. She made her identity as small as possible , when she got close to the closet she noticed the teacher was in fact, not talking to a closet. Which was a relief. She didn't want to feel like she was in an asylum anymore. Which is how she felt. Trapped, alone, and surrounded by crazy people, knowing the horrid truth that she was one of those crazy people. That she needed to be here, but she didn't want to be here.
It's okay, you've passed them and the nurses office is straight ahead, two more turns and your there. she thought as the professor and the girl went out of sight. As long as I don't run into someone strange, like someone talking to themselves. She let out a low shaky laugh so no one would hear.

My life was ripped from my hands...

xxxxxxGet over it...

Hey, Delos, I know you hear me! Don't ignore me! I hate being ignored! Come on! I was joking, you can't stay quiet for long! Delos was writing harder and faster as he stopped talking to himself, he just couldn't get a moment of silence with another being in his head and Lucifer was using it to his full advantage. It was making Ash sick. "I said shut it, you annoying cretin!" The boy's tone was venomous as he muttered to himself in his writing. Hey, watch were you going, there's someone coming around the corner! Delos didn't know or understand how Lucifer could sense people, hell, he didn't know who he got the voice in the first place. It just happen after they injected something through his right eye. He remembered the pain and cringed. Looking up he saw a girl heading towards him, Delos simply smiled. "Hello, what's up?" Even though they didn't know one another, Delos was overly friendly and would stop and talk with complete strangers. Wow, I just realized how weird you are... Delos ingorned him and kept smiling at the girl, hoping for conversation away from Lucifer.AGAIN! You're so cold, Delos...

Ya weakling!xxxxxx

The most powerful of all weapons

Aurora tapped her feet on the carpeted floor, making a rythmic tapping sound on the soft material. Her eyes went to the door as the tapping sound filled the room, thinking of all the things that lay beyond it. The school, the people, and everything else that was out there. Slowly one side of her lip lifted up into a smirk as she felt the irony of her current state of mind. A year ago she would've done anything to be free. To be free from her cage and experiments to be able to live her life the way she wanted to.

But now she couldn't help but avoid everything and everybody. Well not really avoiding, she just didn't know what she was to do with herself now that she was gone from the testing facility and wasn't used to close contact with people. Especially since she had the abilties that she had and knew that she could be a possible threat to the society if she lost control and went into her combative mode. Where was her place in this world? She let out a nostalagic sigh as she flopped down on the bed.

Looking up at the ceiling she got lost in thought, something she'd been prone to the past couple of days. She knew she would have to leave her room soon, but didn't qute know when she would do so.

It's cold, and everything is too white...

Suti made an attempt to smile. She was a bit weary, I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear him talk to himself. She said. "Hello." It was calm though it sounded a bit straggled. "What brings you in the halls?" Was it class time? She had done three things since she'd gotten dressed this morning. And none of those things were 'worry about getting to class' She could almost feel herself start to get light headed. No, not now. Calm, calm and friendly. though it seemed to help she was still sucked into the vision.

Pain. So much pain. Alone, hurt, horrible pain. Everything is fuzzy, I can't even make sense of it. Too, blurry, voices! Evil voices. Don't listen, can't listen!

Once the vision ended Suti found herself coughing in her already bloody sleeve, adding to the blood. "Ugh, sorry." That was a strange vision. Normally they weren't so blurry, she supposed it was of the past. "I seem to be having a lot of issues with my 'curse' today."

...Where am I? Where am I really?

The girl brought her head down momentarily before looking at the professor again. "Greetings, Colewall-sensei." She said. "I am Luna. Tsukiko Luna. It's been a long time, but I still hold true to my Japanese heritage." She introduced herself boldly. The fact that she said that she holds true to her Japanese heritage would be half true; somehow she had managed to learn and study about the Japanese culture when she was younger... For this, surely she wouldn't be scolded... would she? Luna noticed the girl walking by. A curse? Her nose smelled blood... but she was a bit too surprised to speak up.

((sorry for not posting sooner, my health fails me...))

Alexander stopped in his tracks as the teleporting girl came before him. The sound of her voice made his ears twitch, unaccustomed to the feminine tone. Clearing his throat his smiled, tilting his head and closing his eyes as he did so.

"Why hello there! Quite an ability you have there dont cha? Mine name is Alexander but my friends call me kit!"

He chuckled for no apparent reason, probably just nerves from running into someone unexpectantly like that. Wiping a hand on the side of his pants he held it out in a friendly gesture, dopy smile still plastered on his face.

I find myself asking
Where am I? When am I? How am I? What am I? Who am I?
and as I drive myself insane,
More importantly.
I drive myself to the edge wondering
Why am I?
And does anyone care that I even am?
