Storyline

High up in the middle of a mountain range, lies a large boarding school, completely cut off from civilization. It is in a small mountain valley, surrounded by it's own little forest and it's own little lake. There's only two ways of getting to this school, on a thin, dangerous road, and a helicopter pad.

This isn't an average school though. There's a reason that it's so caught off from the rest of humanity. It's to protect the students from the world. and the world from the students.

The students, are no longer completely human. They were all experiments somewhere, somehow. All of them had to undergo some sort of scientific process, and have spent most of their lives in cages. But someone has begun a movement to rescue these young victims and give them new lives. Those under 13 are sent through a quick, painless rehabiliation allowing them to enter the foster care system under special consideration.

Those over 13, are a different story. They're already too old, and it will take far more care to allow them to function as individuals. This school is dedicated to giving them the education the need, and allowing them to adjust to not being tortured by science anymore.

Headmistress Fairwood is strong willed, protective, but over all, fair. She can be stern if she has to, but she mostly takes everything in stride. She's proper and seems to be a stickler for rules, but it's well known that the headmistress has a mischevious streak.

5 years ago, a young, relatively rich woman named Briar Fairwood decided to open a school and start a rescue program for the young children going up to young adults taht were involved in genetic engineering. She didn't just do this out of sympathy. She did it because of experience.

20 years ago, there was a fire at a well known Eco-activist group's headquarters. The firemen had rescued a young five year old child from the depths of the building. The world discovered this group had been experimenting with genetic maniuplation, and turning young children into beings that could commune with nature, make it bloom wildly and get it's revenge on humanity. Briar was the only one to survive out of 20 kids. The group was shut down. Briar was quickly adopted by the owner of an eco-friendly manufacturing company. Now, she uses her money and prestige to help others like her.

Clairsentience, touching something or someone to get psychic information, Claircognizance, just knowing stuff for some reason, and Astral Projection, projecting oneself out of their body for a temporary amount of time. Forcing any of these abilities results in a nosebleed.

Iden is intelligent, witty and quick of mind with a knack for quoting Shakespeare. He is slow to love and even slower to heal, but he does make friends rather well. Iden prefers not to get too involved with others, but he is drawn to companionship like a moth to a flame, sometimes with the same disastrous results. He is typically hard to enrage and if he does get mad, he expresses his anger in different ways. Typically, he won't yell, he just makes small, biting comments and has a tendency to quote from the tragedies when upset.

Iden was born somewhere in Cornwall, England about 25 years ago. Alas, the lad was a waif who bounced from orphanage to foster home and back again throughout the majority of his early life. He exhibited an intense interest in Shakespeare very early in his life and carries this interest still, quoting from the plays and sonnets whenever he can. Iden, though troubled with the lack of a stable home, was able to become rather well educated for someone in his position. He started to become aware of his abilities at the impressionable age of 14, just months before he permanently ran away from his last foster home. He met someone special at the age of 20 and things were going great until there was a rather...explosive falling out between the two only two years into their relationship. Iden became a teacher soon after this and came to work at Silent Academy.

Arthur is what you would consider your stereotypical blond. Hes klutzy, oblivious, forgetful and even a little slow. Arthur is a kind person and has a heart of gold and sometimes he can even be motherly.

Arthur lived a somewhat happy life. His parents were part of the Peace Corps and went around helping those around the world. Kyle went along with his parents and acquired their love of helping. So, with promises of contributing to world peace, Arthur joined the military. He became a classified agent for Great Britain. In this special force, there were others that had special powers and abilities as well. He became one of their top agents, despite his drawbacks in his personality. However, once he discovered that the military wanted his younger brother to join him as an agent, Arthur flatly refused. he didn't want his little brother to be stained with blood, just like he was. So, Arthur became AWOL agent and just 'disappeared' with his little brother.

Dream is nothing like her name suggests, she's cold, mean, and totally insensitive. She doesn't show emotions and some believe that she probably doesn't have any. Dream is a loner, sticking to herself, and she gets mad if you mention where she was before the school.

Dream Nights was part of a super solider program by a company called Telpman Technologies. She was one of three, but the other two were failed experiments, taking badly to the program and becoming weak and crippled. Dream excelled under the harsh conditions laid out for her. She wasn't happy, and didn't understand just how terrible her life had been until she was removed from the program and placed into the school. For the past 3 years, she's been struggling to get over her own dark memories, but it's hard when they come back to haunt her in her sleep.

Injected with a split personality that is psychotic and mad. It talks to him and he has a habit to talk to it out loud without realizing he’s saying thing out loud when he means them to be in his head. His other side is extremely smart, manipulative, and cunning. It has no name, so Delos calls it Lucifer because it reminds him of the devil. And it doesn’t mind being called Satan either.

Delos is charismatic; happy, go-lucky type of person when he is around people but when he is a lone with just his thoughts and Lucifer, Delos is depressed. Being forced to remember his past that he tries his hardest to repress. Lucifer laughs in the back of his skull.

Biography-Before being captured and changed, Delos grew up in Greek. He and his sister watched as their family was slaughtered in front of them. He was bound and blinded, he never saw his sister after that. He was tortured and abused. Delos begged to be killed but they gave him another being inside him instead. He named the voice Lucifer, it told him how to kill the ones who dared to kill and separate his family. He killed three of them before they managed to contain him in a cage. Three days later, he was saved and woke up in a school in the mountain. Delos was ecstatic to be free from his oppressors but wishes to find his sister and free himself of Lucifer.

She never knew anything other than the building where she was kept. They often exploited her ability when she was young and didn't know any better, but as she grew she began to resist. When she resisted they electrocuted her and beat her. She was a tough girl, but even the toughest have a breaking point. Now she hardly even feels pain.

Can be quite talkative and likes to conversate, but won't much unless she trusts you and is comfortable with you. There are lots of levels to her personality and as she gains more trust in someone the more they get to see of her.

Her past is something that she doesn't like to think about. But Aurora was apart of an experimental program to develop the ultimate warrior to hopefully use in the army in future wars. There were 7 boys and 7 girls chosen for the program, and Aurora is one of the last few to survive and able to lead a 'normal life without any debilitating complications from the experiments. Although for some reason when she feels under emotional stress or pressure she can loose control or her abilities, or her combative instincts can take over her in a sort of 'trance'.

Luna is often quiet; no one ever knows what's on her mind. But that was never her fault. She was never the type to initiate conversations with others and never speaks up unless spoken to first. When others talk to her, they'll find that she is actually very kind and somehow cheerful.

Born from a young mom and dad, they were shocked to find the little girl had cat ears and tail, that they abandoned her on the mountain. She was picked up from there and taken care of... in the wrongful way anyways.

Alexander was bred, born, and raised in a testing facility. He learned of no colors other than the white of the walls and the crimson of his own blood. He was a precursor project of the development of regeneration and healing abilities. His gene pool was muddied though by all of the animal gene splices that were in his genetic line. This contradiction within himself began to drive him mad. When they were done with him he was sent to live in the remote mountains of Japan. What happened during his time there is unknown at this point. After a few years of living there he was found in the mountain range near the school, muttering to himself, half naked, and with all sorts of scars all over.

Amberbell is very quiet, she dislikes speaking her mind and rather sit in the back and not be notice. She is has very low selfesteem and doesnt really believe in herself whenever it comes to math, or arguing. Amberbell can be really stubborn whenever she is talked into something and loses her cool by cussing the person out or just flipping the person off.

Amberbell doesnt have a horrible life. Amberbell grew up with imaginary friends that she created, such as briging alive one of her stuff animals (which she nows carry around). Amberbell family kept thinking that she was crazy and they sent her to a pyschologist they said that Amberbell was perfectly fine. Amberbell was fed up and decided to prove that her imaginary friends werent a lie, she used her powers to bring everything in the house alive her family was shocked and sent her away to Silent Academy. Since that day Amberbell has lost confident in herself thinking that she's gonna be sent away from this school to other places.

Natalia was born in Russia, hence her accent. She grew up the daughter of a wealthy enterprise associate family. Her mother and her father didn't have time for her so they were even more appalled when they got a call from Natalia's school. The teacher claimed she heart Natalia in her mind, and that Natalia knew what she was thinking. Of course the parents thought the teacher was a quack.

But as she was homeschooled and went through teacher after teacher the parents heard the same excuse. She just.. always knew what they were thinking. It was too creepy. The parents began to realize they were not quacks, their daughter was a quack! So they shipped her off to the school for these "quacks" and forgot she ever existed.

Ethan has enhanced human capabilities, super strength, super reflexes, and even the ability to jump super high. He also has a slight regenerative ability. For example, if he broke his leg, he would only need to rest 1 night for that to be fixed. Another ability he found out that he had was the ability to phase through solid objects.

Ethan has whats known as the 'Bad-Boy' persona. Hes flirty, playful, sometimes cocky and out going. He can also be laid back and surprisingly kind as well.

Even though Ethan had parents, they were never really around for him to appreciate much. The real person he considered his parents was his older brother. His older sibling had took care of him ever since he can remember. Sure, his older brother left at strange times and was usually gone at a short notice, but he always managed to give everything that Ethan ever needed to live. Once he got into High School, Ethan found that he was gifted in sports. He became a jock and had many lovers. The guy was the most popular in his school! but one day, his older brother came in and whisked Ethan away to a new school. he didn't know for what reason, but if its what Arthur wanted, then he would do so.

Ruki lived a normal life up until the age of eight, when her mother perished in a tragic car accident. Ruki was in the car at the time and was completely concious during the whole thing. Five years later, her father remarries, and both he and Ruki's stepmother begin treating her worse than one would treat an insect. After lashing out against her stepmother, she was "donated" so some sick scientists could experiment on her. The entire ordeal left her psyche irreparably damaged and left her with telepathy and telekinesis. She eventually escaped her confines after slaughtering the scientists. She was eventually found by the Silent Academy and has been there for the past year. Unfortunately, there may be no chance of rehabilitation for her...

	It's that dark breeze that passes by and says nothing... "Leave me alone!" Her shout echoed through the hallway as the group of three boys cornered her. "Hey look, it's vision girl, are you coming from the nurses office again? Can't handle that pitiful power you have?" He teased while his groupies chuckled behind him. Suti took another step back but the leader of the group had used his power to encase her feet in ice, and she was trapped. This wasn't a good thing. It had been this way since Suti got here and they had found her only power seemed to be having visions, and they seemed rather useless visions at that. So kids had began to pick on her. Some of the worse (Like now) even tried to attack her. They were all just bullies to her, and she'd love to bunch them square int he nose, but there was one problem with that, they had real abilities. Suti Felt her head grow light. No! Not now! She shouted to herself, but it was too late. She was coughing blood and she was sucked into the vision. It was surprisingly rare, one of someones past. She hated getting them in this school though. They were horrid images of torture and such, and they made her almost recall her time in a lab, almost. When she came back the boys had pinned her to the ground with ice. She guessed they all had the ability. "What did you see this time? The teacher passing out homework?" He gave out a dark laugh. Suti didn't wish to answer she shook her head. "Y-you." She said trying to stay calm. The boy's eyes darkened at that. He now looked hostile. ...That chills you to the marrow of you bones and tells you everything.

	Dream Nights Not much of a dream... The hall was, silent, for the most part. There was a lone girl, with dark green hair and eyes that sparked with a multitude of colors. She held a blank, emotionless expression. She wore a japanese outfit, in colors of tan, orange and brown. She walked graceful and light, gliding over the the hallway with a gentle step. She moved and appeared like a dream. And that was her name, Dream. Dream Nights. The young woman had been in that school for a long time, and she was currently tracking something down. And there it was. Another girl, getting bullied by a group of guys. "Vision girl? You should be more inventive with your nicknames. She is not the only one with visions. She sees the past and present.." Dream stared at them, and drew one of the swords she had at her side at all times. Sure, the school frowned upon arming the students carrying weapons, but since some students didn't need weapons to fight, it was allowed. She stared them down, her eyes dark and cold. "It's always easier to fight in a group, isn't it? Pitiful." Dream closed her eyes, and reached out. The other girl, had just had a vision, that made it easier to track down her own vision. There. Dream opened her eyes and stared at him. "What a shock. I had a vision as well... It appears I'm going to slice through your arm. You're going to need to go to the infirmary for a good month and a half." ...She's more like a nightmare

	A young girl sat in a dark, windowless room. She was in a corner, balled up and tightly hugging her legs close. Her tail was wrapped around her waist underneath her clothing; her ears hiding under her messy hair. She never had a chance to look pretty, even if she attempted to. Silence was the only sanctuary others think she has.. but what she really wanted was someone to talk to.. She could never bring herself to get anyone's attention.
