When Rokuro let go. Eva heard him saying it was his first year teaching at the Academy. " Well, its a pleasure to meet you Rokuro, and it is also my fisrt year teaching here." She ran a hand through her silky hair and took out her schedule, making sure she wrote everything. Her pupils changed into cat like pupils, making her able to read really fast. She looked at Rokuro and was looking what had caught his attention. " Very interesting new students, huh. Some of them look like they are going to give us a hard time. Eva chuckled while flipping through her schedule.

"A gorgeous view up here. The school should come up s-"

Not much a subtle time, to one who was supposed to be used to flying by now. Swallowing a bug, hoarse coughing, flying through a tree, and one loud thud later, Lias finally made landfall on the courtyard of Shinestar Academy, the place he'd call home, at least for the next year or so. Not sure after that. "Well, that was less than cordial. I'll have to clean those up as soon as I get these bulky things into their place in my back," Lias said, looking up at the hole in he'd made in the tree limbs of a nearby apple tree. A frown on his face, from the senseless destruction of nature, Lias got to it.

After collecting all feathers that fell from his wings, Lias vaporized them with a couple small arcs from between his fingers. "Too much waste for one day, Cale, please don't hold it against me," Lias said, as he removed what was left of his shirt. He didn't have much notice to remove it before departing that morning. Oh well, not like he was ashamed. Didn't care much for drawing attention, but sometimes, it couldn't be avoided. Sure he'd inevitably get some sort of notice, with either massive tattoos covering his back and sides, in the image of a pair of wings, or real wings themselves on occasion. As his wings pressed straight into his back, the tattoos began spreading down his back, until reaching his sides, where they stopped. throwing his shirt back on, or what was left of is, Lias departed to find his room. "Hopefully I wasn't assigned a room with someone, too off the wall, even by this place's standards," Lias thought as he wandered the halls, finding out like so many before him, just how big it really was. Being and Angel once, Lias still carried himself in a manner that would inspire peaceful feelings among those who came in contact or at the very least, close proximity, of him.

Wha? Before she knew it, all her siblings were gone. "Bulb...?" Sai questioned. I think... Maybe... I'll go sleep. But it's gotta be outside. Now that Sai was a bulbasaur, she had this undeniable urge to go lay outside in the sun with her planty brethren. She stood up, shook her head, and began waddling down the hall.

This hall... Was shorter when I was human. Sai stared down the stairs. The walk that had taken her a minute as a human had taken her ten as a bulbasaur. Now... How do I do this? Sai tilted her head, appraising the stairs. Hm... Sai stumped over to the handrail, edging up to the stairs. Then, she used her vines to wrap around the handrail as she clambered down, preventing the heavy bulb on her back from throwing her off balance. Upon reaching the bottom, Sai took a moment to catch her breath. Then, she wandered outside.

Sunlight! Sweet sunlight! Sai sniffed the fresh air, put her paws on the fresh grass, and began to eat a nearby plant. Yummy~ The sunlight felt nice, too. Right on her back - she could feel the sunlight seeping through her pores. The plant was a withered stub by now. Full and happy, Sai wandered to an area students didn't pass by very often - on the south side of the building - and made a little hole in the grass. Then, she settled inside it and used her vines to sweep the grass and dirt over herself again, leaving only the bulb exposed to soak in the sun. Pokemon instinct. The vines withdrew into the dirt, and Sai fell asleep in the warm midafternoon sun.

"It takes the truth to fool me

and now you've made me angry...

Char looked up in surprise when she heard a voice, only to see that it was the ghost boy from before. 'I thought it had gotten colder.' she thought before looking away from him and back up at the clouds. "I could ask you the same thing." she said. The truth was she was trying to stay away from her siblings, afraid of getting angry and changing again, or hurting one with her fire. The others did not seem to have to worry about such things; they were always so cool and collected. Or, at least, they did not have sudden fits of rage. They also did not change as much as Char, something that made her feel even more vulnerable to the curse.

Death is never the end...

Silas shrugged as he sat cross-legged, also staring into the clouds. "I got bored and decided to explore and somehow ended up meeting an old aquaintance and she wanted to go flying so i'm waiting for her up here." At least he was forthcoming with information. Some people may not have answered at all.

He tilted his head as he looked over at her. "Are you okay? Something about your expression tells me there's something on your mind, but I won't try and find out by reading your aura. Some people seem to find that rude." His tone suggested that he had no idea why people would think that was rude of him to do. They should be flattered to capture his attention. But he hid his thoughts and simply kept his curious expression on.

"It takes the truth to fool me

Char was genuinely surprised that he had answered. She had expected the whole conversation to end there, but now she needed to come up with some sort of responce.

'Gee, I wonder why.'
she thought sarcastically about his comment on aura reading. After a moment she sighed and glanced down at him, seeing that he was now sitting, too, then back up again. "I'm fine, I just needed to cool off a little so that I could change back."

What Char had said was mainly true, she was just leaving out the part about her thoughts on the curse and her fear of hurting her sisters. Still, he had gotten more out of her than most would have. She felt as if his unexpectedly specific answer had somehow tricked her into talking, which naturally irritated her back into silence.

"I see..." That's what he said, but what he really meant was 'I know that's not everything but I won't push for a full answer.' Instead he turned his attention back to the sky. After a few moments, he began to speak without turning his attention from a patrticularly odd looking cloud.

"Ya know, you kinda remind me of this girl I met earlier today except you aren't being mean to other people. She acted all tough and angry and even messed with a lot of people, but she never told me why she did that. She also never told me her name either, but then again I never asked. But she still could have offered it. Wait, where was I going with that? Hmm....I can't remember." He sat in silence for a few more seconds before turning towards the girl. "So what's your name?"

ϟ Chi ϟ
The pikachu smiled "I wanna do everything! So long as it's with you" she said. She then took her sisters hand and started to walk down the hall. Her cource of action was to keep walking untill they found something. People kept turning to stare. It seemed like pokemon were unushual even here. It was really adorable though. Pikachu feared a girl might come and pick her up.

It was right as the strange boy with the torn shirt was walking past the pair of pokemon that Chi shifted back into human form. She had been to close to him and ended up knocking into him as she grew into full human form "P-pika-ahh!" she tripped over his leg and almost fell onto her poor little sister. She was able to barely miss. She sat up with a tiny groan and rubbed her red cheek.

"Owww...I'm sorry" she said as she looked up at the boy. She then scooped up the squirtle into her arms "Hey look Brook I'm human again! Sorry I almost squished you-hey wait! Why are the ears still there! Ahhh" she raised one hand to tug on one of her long yellow ears. The tips were black just like a normal pikachus and her yellow tail looked like a lightning bolt. They were real alright. Her ears twitched as did her tail.

Never judge at first sight....

Brook happily walked alonside her sister. She didn't pay much attention to the people as Chi did. Brook was too into looking at her surroundings. Everything thing looks so different when you're squirtle-size, but she loved adventures. Brook almost bumped into Chi as she bumped into some guy. Then everything happened all at once, again. Next thing she knew, her sister turned back to human as she almost got squished by Chi. At least she could always hide in her shell. After a closer look though, she realized that Chi looked different. Brook still saw her ears. As Chi picked her up, she rubbed her to make sure she wasn't hallucinating. When she heard Chi said she still had her ears, she knew for sure that it wasn't just her imagination. What could possibly be going wrong! She has seen this before, but it still suprises her. Brook always thinks that something has gone wrong when that happens, not to mention when it happens to herself. "Squir! Squirtle squir!" Brook flailed her little arms about. ((Translation: Chi, what happened?))

...you will most certainly be wrong.

Allow me to make you feel Pain.

Life becomes useless and insipid.

Rokuro was silent as he looked at the two students and nodded.
"The girl is Alice, I've met her, she is sure to cause trouble"
He chuckled at that, obviously more interested in seeing what trouble she can cause, rather then preventing her from causing trouble. He turned back Eve and was about to speak when he remembered the bracelet, he was sure if he didn't give it to the girl, the Head Master would get up him.
"I'll be back in just a moment"
He quickly left the cafeteria in a run, slipping past students until he got to the teachers dorm area which was restricted for students. He walked to his room and unlocked the door, entering and going over to the bedside table. He grabbed the bracelet and put it into his pocket, leaving his room and locking the door. He sighed lightly, he didn't feel like running again, so instead closed his eyes.

Rokuro turned into a smaller version of his phoenix form and flew straight through the halls, accidentally burning some students hair before arriving in the cafeteria. He landed before Alice and held the bracelet out in his beak towards her.
She doesn't like humans much, but it seems she has a soft spot for animals.
While he waited for Alice to grab the bracelet or not, he glanced over at Eve and stared at her a moment before turning his attention back to Alice, he was sure she would know who he was, but was not troubled by it.

"Not again..."

Lias thought to himself when he got run into. Oddly enough, it was by a girl who struck him as quite odd. Being something of a bookworm, Lias never paid much attention to human cartoons, so he didn't quite know what a pokemon was. But it still seemed odd, the girl, or pair of girls he found himself colliding with. Composing himself, Lias got up to check on them. "Are you both alright? I'm sorry if I wasn't paying attention to where I was going, kinda shell shocked from the landing a moment ago, on the front lawn," Lias said, itching at the back of is head.

Char was relieved when the boy did not press her on why she was really there, but at the same time she doubted he had believed her. She wondered what he was trying to get at with the story of the girl, one that she had yet to meet. It occured to Char that the girl he was describing was just like she could have been, if she did not restrain herself and refuse to attack anyone weaker than her. She also did not attack anyone without a reason, but usually her reasons were not very good anyway.

Char looked at the boy when he asked her her name, not sure what to say. Her name embarassed her; it was just so childish. That made sense though, since all of the sisters had chosen their own names when they were younger. Brooke was the only one who had chosen a sensible first name. "It's...." Char trailed off for a moment, then sighed heavily and continued. "Char." she finished, looking up at him from the corner of her eye, hoping that he would not laugh. It was obvious that her name was taken from the pokemon she could turn into. Even her middle name, 'Zar', was taken from her other form, but at least he did not know that one.

ϟ Chi ϟ
"I don't know but it's ok Brook" Chi said before rubbing her head comfertingly. She then stood up and smiled at the boy "Oh no that was my fault. I shouldn't have been walking so close to peoples feet" she said. She tilted her head at his comment "You landed on the lawn? Oh you must fly then! My sister flys! Well, only when she's a charzard but that happens all the time!" She leened forward to wisper. As if Char might be listening right now. "She has anger mangament issues"

She then leened back again and smiled. She hugged the squirtle in her arms. People who knew of pokemon still stared as they walked past. She was ignoreing them now though. "Oh! I'm sorry~ I'm Chi and this is Brook. She can't really speak right now. At least, not in a language you can understand. Since pokemon were origanaly fiction characters in a tv show, I don't think even people who can talk to animals would understand her. Oh you must not have seen pokemon before. You're the first person who hasn't stared" she said. Her eyes then widened "Ahhh! They better not be makeing pokeballs!" she said with a gasp. Whatever they were, Chi clearly didn't like them. She looked around in a paranoid way.

"A poke...mon? What's that supposed to be? some sort of person who can change into a monster of sorts? a Shapeshifter?," Lias asked, all sorts of confused by the girl's identifying statement. He'd read several books in his short lifetime, but never had he come across anything about human fiction, in regards to animated cartoons. "But yes, I can fly. that's what happened to my shirt. My wings don't pass through clothing, and I didn't exactly have time to take off my shirt before departing this morning. Long story," Lias said, as if expecting Chi to give him a weird look. Allowing for time to pass, Lias didn't wanna say anything else, half because he didn't want to be rude and cut her off, and half because he was still trying to wrap his head around what sort of being Chi and her sister were.

Death is never the end...

"Char...hmm..." Silas seemed to think about her name for a moment before he nodded to himself. "Makes sense. 'Char' means to burn or reduce to charcoal, and since you transform into a fire type Pokemon, you burn things." The fact that the first four letters of Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard were all 'Char' didn't register in his mind.

"So Char, I noticed earlier that you and those other girls were cursed. Do you mind telling me how exactly you're cursed?" He was gazing at her with avid interest before He realized how that may have sounded and (for once in his un-life) he apologized, sorta, looking sheepish as he did. "Sorry if that may have sounded insensitive, but before I died I was a Mage and all types of supernatural things catch my interest to the point that I forget about peoples' feelings. You don't have to answer if you don't want to." but he'd find out if she told him or not the nature of their curse.
